The following week the treatment was done. The paperwork was completed and sent promptly electronically including the one year warranty. I would definitely make use of their services again if needed.

Description of Work: They did a termite treatment on my house by drilling into the foundation and also into the slab, trenched where there was dirt, plus added foam treatment at the plumbing areas. I hope I don't have to use them again, but I do plan to use their yearly inspection service as part of my plan warranty.

Once the tech arrived, I was advised that the area I needed pigeon proofing was too large and not covered under the deal I purchased from Angie's List. I overpaid for the service that was provided. Unfortunately, the description didn't give accurate details. I will be much more careful the next time before I make a purchase from Angie's List. The technician was very professional and polite.

Description of Work: They treated my property for termite prevention. They provided several options for me to choose from. They also did not "pressure sell" - they offered their services and left the decision to me.

Description of Work: Inspected house. Found two locations in wood floor where termites had come thru to the wood - ate little holes. Trenched and drilled holes around foundation. Injected treatment. covered trench and filled holes with concrete. Cleanup - exceptional.
