Description of Work: A year ago Action did a termite treatment on my house with a 10 year warranty and a yearly inspection. Everything about this company has been outstanding. They communicate well, arrive on time, call to confirm and act in a very professional manner. They do a great service for a great price.

Description of Work: There was a question about the Angie site stating the company gives a 10% discount or not. After three conversations and their reviewing the site the approved the discount. The method of treatment differed from the initial visit to the actual application. I don't believe it will affect the outcome at all.

We requested a consultation and Jeremy inspected the house, walked us through the whole process and explained the different treatment levels. Since we had active termites in one room, and previous owners had treated for termites some years ago, we upgraded our package to include full-house drilling plus perimeter trenching. |The service was performed by Roy and he was very professional, explaining what he was doing and how this would address our termite problem.

Description of Work: Tech arrived and assessed the damage. Applied the treatment around home, digging trench and bore holes in covered areas. Was experienced and answered questions with intelligence. No return of termites at this time.

Description of Work: I had them treat an occupied apartment as well as two vacant apartments for bed bugs. I dealt with bed bugs in Chicago and the exterminators there used a fogger and left small strips in the closets. These technicians did neither. But the cost was right for the complex under management and they were able to provide almost immediate service - many other providers in the area wanted me to wait a week or more (don't even get me started on Terminex - who couldn't provide either a cost or time estimate for service). | |Their operator, Jory, was particularly helpful. She was far more helpful than any other operator I spoke with while looking on a company to treat the apartments. She even got the tech on the other line and was able to answer my questions right away. Her service alone sold me on the company. Having not dealt with other techs in the area, I can't compare. I thought they were helpful but not stupendous.
