Scheduled 1 week in advance - person from MasterTech called on the morning of th appointment, confirmed the timing and then came about 10-15 mins ahead of schedule - reviewed the location requiring removal prevention and explained what he was going to do and recommended other potential areas where the pigeon might come back and reside. took about 45 mins to do the power-wash, and installing the prevention nets.

Description of Work: Found signs of subterranean termites on Sunday. Bought the $999 Eco-friendly treatment with 10 year warrantee on-line. They contacted me in Angie's inbox that day for my telephone number. Called me MONDAY at 8:30 am to set up appointment for treatment. Treatment on Tues, the technician was able to call early and come early. He was super professional and told me about the product. Said that we may still see activity for awhile until the poison is transferred. He told me how to save money and still have the warantee. He drilled around perimeter of the house and treated and into the walls where we saw the activity. The termites enter through plumbing cracks in the foundation. He said if we do any work on the plumbing to call and they will put more treatment in the walls. The termite activity ceased by 24 hours (the visible). Very happy because I had the heebeejeebees.

It was a good experience because the Job was done in a professional manner with an explanation of what he was going to do and the technician was careful and respectful of the home. The holes that were drilled were small and I cannot see them now. He cleaned up and had the job done in less than two hours
