Description of Work: I had a swarm of termites flying around near my skylight. I called Action Termite on a Friday and they came out on Saturday. The two guys that came out were friendly, professional, and answered all our questions. I will definitely use this company again!

Description of Work: Tom arrived on time, sprayed outside and inside. Explained about certain pests he found and what to do to help get rid of them in addition to spraying. Very nice and knowledgeable. I will be having them come on a regular basis now.

Description of Work: Had a rodent issue. It was scary to think and then realize we did have rats. Also had many family members coming to stay and visit us for our wedding in three weeks. Tech was unbelievably knowledgeable. Did his job, caught the rats within the two weeks and did not recommend or push for additional services. No problems since. Very honest company.

Description of Work: They sprayed around the outside of the house for ants. They were an hour late but that happens when you book a service in the middle of the day-sometimes they are at another call longer than planned so no big deal. Can't attest to effectiveness until 30 days have passed. Tech was pleasant & apologized for being late. I would probably use again.

Description of Work: Overall very good experience. I noticed an increasing number of insects inhabiting our home and needed someone to spray the house. Description of Work: Tom and Jason were great. We need a respray a week later, then a week after that (stubborn bugs!) and each time they were cheerful, prompt, and willing to keep coming back when necessary! It's been over a week since the final respray and problem is solved. This most recent experience was our 3rd time using them and we will definitely use again! The owner, Brent, is great and Ashley in the front office is wonderful! Highly recommend this company.
