Description of Work: The gentleman was extremely nice & professional. He treated our home, yard, & one of our palm trees that we were going to be chopping down (wanted to get rid of any scorpions that might have been hiding). Description of Work: We now use Mastertech Pest Solutions for our regular monthly pest control service. They are very professional and punctual. If they are running early, they call to make sure that it is OK to arrive early. The technicians are polite and informative. I have recommended them to friends and family.

Description of Work: The original work performed by the technician was good and I was charged extra for pigeon repellent tape /gue on the window landing edges. I had requested the spikes but the technician advised that the usually worked effectively. In addition, he advise that if it did not work then he would come back and put the spikes down for a small additional price. The tape/gue did not work and I called back for the spikes. The new technician advised that the additional charge on the spikes would be several hundreds of dollars more which was not agreed by the technician and me earlier.

Description of Work: Tom Blackwood inspected the interior and exterior of the rental condo. I was concerned because the last tenants hadn't had any extermination done since they said they had never seen an insect inside their home (yeah, sure ... the dogs took care of them :)). He was very thorough, which I appreciate. And of course ... there are a few nasty bugs ... but the good news is they are dead or close to it when I find them. Thank you for helping me out on such short notice and for scheduling a day/time convenient for me before my move-in date.
