ACTION Termite & Pest Control

Excellent. Service technician called before arriving. Arrived on the early side of the window. No insects detected after service.

We were very pleased with how quickly the company came out, the professionalism, and doing the termite treatment the very next day. The service was completed in about an hour and a half or so due to the house having been treated in the past so holes did not have to be drilled again to treat the termites. We have dogs so were happy it did not take so long. All went well and we were happy to know they will come out to inspect every year and re-treat if needed.

It went very well, from the bid to the service performed. Robert Robles came to my house on time and gave me a very detail estimate that I was very impressed with. He was the second bid, but it blew the first one way with how it was professionally done. Then the day of the service the tech was on time and did exactly what the bid said to do.

Their customer service is awesome. They're a very, very good company!

It went well. They sent Jeff out to remedy the problem. He first cleaned out the nests and screened in the areas. Since pigeons roost in the same area for life, he had to make sure there were no more areas on the house the pigeons could start to nest again. Jeff screened in the bottom area under the rooftop A/C unit and a couple of small soffits in front of the house as well, leaving no choice for the pigeons other than to move on. And they did, I'm so happy. The screening was extremely professionally done. I was impressed and that takes a lot. Jeff power washed everywhere the pigeons made a mess and cleaned up all the messes around the house. He was very professional and did a great job.

Very well done. Did exactly what they said they would do.

Nothing special. Came, sprayed, checked for potential problems, and left.

It turn out very well. They are excellent. The price seemed good to me, but I didn't shop around. It seem like a reasonable price for me. I will have him back once a year for the next five years.

As I mentioned above, I think the tech should have covered the small hole he said would not be a nesting place. The pigeons are nesting in it and I have pigeon mess all over again. The first time I had them out it was not working. When the anothr guy came out for another area he said the first area was not done correctly and that tech was fired. He re-did the first area. He then worked on the current one I was paying for. I told him that just a little further was a hole that would probably be a problem and he said no because it was small and the pigeons would not go there. They are nesting there and causing a big mess. I think he should have been proactive. Its just wire and screen - a very small amount - and should not cost me more to have that small nesting hole taken care of. I am rather disappointed.

Called Action and received a timely free inspection. Decided to use their services and arranged a treatment date. The service tech arrived on time and did a very thorough job. All employees I interacted with were courteous and professional. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of their service.

The employee was early, he came with a smile and showed me what he was going to do before completing it. I will hire them again to maintain my pest control needs.

I thought they did pretty good and I have not had any problems since so I would use them again.

Guys showed up on time and did a great job.

The plan was executed professionally and left the house looking as clean as they found it. The carpet of the sunken living room was returned to its original condition. Roy was very friendly and worked fast. We were told it could take up to 90 days before they are expected to be eradicated so we will see how it goes from here on out.

The crew was there for several hours as the house and garage is a large square footage.

Very well the person who came was named Ed. He did a very thorough job. Ed was such a nice guy and explained just what he was going do!

They showed me the areas that the termites were in.

The man worked hard in high temp heat. It appeared he did powerwash the entire roof and under eve cleaning. However he then told me that he could place little boxes that would prevent the pigeon from nesting for only an additional $400. We believed him. Now 2 yrs later the pigeons are back worse than ever. The problem is still here.

Paul explained everything they were going to do. Answered all our questions. Very professional. Very happy with their work. Definitely wiould call again.

John is a very personable guy who does a careful and outstanding job. He is considerate of any animals you may have in your home. This is the second time I have had MasterTech Pest Solutions spray my home inside and outside.

The price was substantially lower than the first bid we got ($1864) and higher than the come-on specials of $599 for treating 200 linear feet. Workers were on time and professional. Since we have had only the initial treatment, we can't give a long-term opinion but have no reason to think the company won't stand behind their guarantee.
