I did not have to leave a message & was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, May 10th. I was then able to get them the come out on May 11th to complete the treatment needed & give me the applicable report I needed for the mortgage company.

Description of Work: Their service was more money than the other companies I spoke to, but it was worth it. They customized their service to accommodate the structure of an old house, which meant physically going into my crawl space for some of the treatment. I found the service man to be friendly, and professional, and I would hire them again.

Applied Termidor Termite Treatment and filled trench and plugged holes in foundation. They were finished in less than two hours and did an excellent job of cleaning up. The vendor showed up on time, and performed a thorough inspection and treatment. During the treatment, the service person showed me damaged and explained the process. Cleve Collins came out and noticed that I had ground termites that wouldn't hurt the house and I didn't have a termite problem in the house. He said all i needed to do was get a little bit of spray. Although Action does not make emergency calls, their rep came out the same day I called, did a complete inspection and gave an excellent explanation of the problem and process. The crew came out the next day and completed the necessary work in a timely and professional manner. We were satisfied with the full treatment price because of their professionalism, rapid response, and Angie's List ratings. Naturally, time will show the actual effectiveness of Action's work but we do see immediate change and anticipate complete success. We definitely recommend them.
