Our AC was not working correctly and the house was getting hotter and hotter. I could not find the key to unlock the exterior door to the mechanical room where the AC is located so we couldn't check it out. I called ACME on a Saturday evening and Russ arrived within an hour. It took a full hour for him to unlock the door but he succeeded and we got access to the AC. Russ was very pleasant and professional and honored the Angie's List coupon.

They were good. The cost of the service was more expensive than usual. Most places do $100 but they did $122 and that was with a $39 that I had already paid, so they were quite pricey. They did something extra that the other locksmith did not do. They cleaned the lock and made sure it worked. They had me go over to each lock and try it. They weren't going to leave until everything was perfect.

I needed a spare key for my 2002 Honda Accord, and these folks had the best price around. After spending $130 at the dealership two days ago, ACME only charged $59 with a coupon available from Angie's list. Work done was professional, and when the computer in my car was not wanting to cooperate, they were able to get the needed information for the chip in the new key using their tech in about 5 minutes! Key was made right then and there, with great service. I highly recommend them, and cannot thank Sean enough for the great job he and his assistant did. I will use them again.

The young man who came out called first and arrived on time. He explained everything fully and finished in the timeframe he said it would take. He was very polite and cleaned up after himself. I would call them again if I needed anything else done.
