We arrived home after 10-day vacation to find our refrigerator had leaked and carpet in the master bedroom and hallway was wet. Called ACE at 7:00 pm that night and they had two technicians (James and Johnathon) on site by 8:00 pm. The two worked quickly removing damaged baseboard, opening up toe-kick in kitchen, removing carpet pad, pulling back carpet, extracting water, applying microban solution and setting up carpet fans and dehumidifier. They finished at midnight so it took 8-man hours. Very professional and pleasant to deal with.
Description of Work: Used special camera to look in wall for water damage. Pulled back carpet, removed pad from master and hallway. Removed toekick from cabinets in kitchen and extracted all water. Removed all damaged carpet pad and baseboard from home. Set up carpet fans to leave for several days to dry areas. Made daily checks to home to check on progress.

THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING OF THE TERRIBLE CONDITION OF OUR FLOODED HOME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED DILIGENTLY TO HELP US SAVE THE WALLS IN OUR HOME FROM MOLD. WE HAD NO OUT OF POCKET COSTS, THE COMPANY HANDLED THE BILLING THROUGH OUR INSURANCE.
Description of Work: THEY BROUGHT IN 8 LARGE FANS TO DRY CARPET. THEY ALSO REMOVED THE WALL MOLDING TO DRY THE INSIDE OF THE WALL.
