He was the best price I looked at. He was great to work with. He kept in contact with me. I have a rental property in a different state and he kept in contact me letting me know of the steps he was taking to fix the house even thought I was in a different state. We felt very comfortable letting him fix the house and trusted his advice. He has a very positive attitude and it shows in the work.

Eric was able to schedule on the exact day I requested and arrived promptly with his assistant. Some of the places to be painted had been described ahead of time, but as the day progressed we discovered new areas that needed touching up, plus some of the areas had to be painted more than once. Eric was extremely adaptable, took care of each situation that developed, and ended up staying much later than originally anticipated in order to complete the job in one day. He has a lot of experience in handling various situations and we certainly appreciated having someone with his ability at a time when we were so busy with numerous projects.

i called them on thursday night at 6 pm i called many places but they were the only ones that answered i was having carpet installed the next day and i have this huge wall unit that had to moved but was bolted to wall he came over at 7:30 am the next day they really bailed me out

In the middle of the job Eric noticed a defect in a water supply line that I had not seen. At no extra charge Eric went back to a supplier to purchase a new line and install it. I am going to continue using Eric for my home as he is well qualified in other repairs as well.

Eric and his assistant Steve are amazing. I had been without a master shower, after a previous contractor completely dropped the ball and did not build a proper shower. After waiting approximately 5 years to recoup my finances I was finally able to hire Eric to build and new shower. Did I hit the jackpot!!! He was amazing. His tilework, skill, and attention to detail is amazing. He is professional, timely, and very very friendly. I would trust him with anything. He showed up exactly on time every day and was very respectful. I love my shower. I am absolutely convinced he can do anything. Wow! did I hit a goldmine. I dont think I would ever hire anyone else for anything, after finding him. Thank you Eric!

He finishes the job. He has excellent workmanship. He is pleasant to work with. He comes when he says he will. His prices are good. He is very likable and very professional. I would recommend him to anybody else. He cleans up after himself.

Eric is Handy Man King. I m not sure if there is anything he cannot do beautifully. He s easy to work with; a perfectionist, reliable, honest, and an incredibly decent human being-and no, I m not related to him. I originally hired Eric to install my kitchen cabinets, but my DIY disaster lead to a flooding problem, and scheduling nightmare. He came into my home expecting to find cabinets ready to install, and he found me wading through water with ready-to-assemble cabinets still in their crates. He fixed the plumbing problem and set to work building cabinets. He took everything in stride and solved problems as they arose. He even let me help so I could keep costs under control. I know the total cost appears high, but considering the amount of work that was performed, it was a bargain. For instance, I had an estimate $500 to have a vented hood installed(this required boring through the wall, installing the vent, etc )Eric did it for less than $150. A partial list of work performed: assemble cabinets, install cabinets, tile, install hard wood floor, install bathroom vanities, faucets, sinks, toilets, baseboards, drywall, electrical, baseboards, and paint. In the midst of all this, my mother had a stroke. Eric let me reschedule and he even sent my mother flowers. He s the only contractor I d leave in my house unattended, and I even gave him a key so he could come in while I took care of personal concerns. That kind of honest, integrity, and kindness are just priceless. Another thing I appreciated is he s honest about his abilities. We found some electrical issues that he felt he was not qualified to handle, so an electrician was called in for a small part of the work. Eric is an amazing problem solver, but he will not take on a task that he s not knowledgeable about completely. The breadth and depth of his skills is remarkable though.
