+ -1 moreAnother company came out, took one look at my commercial sized fridge and left. Rick spent 4 hours (on a Saturday) testing the various fix options and then put it all back together. Took time but I was happy I didn't have to wait until Monday for a fix and that the fix was easy enough once he figured it out.
Description of Work: Fixed full size fridge that was no longer cooling.

IT'S HOT AND HAVING 3 1/2 YEAR OLD TWINS WITHOUT COLD MILK AND CHEESE IS A NO NO!! HE TOOK ONE LOOK AT IT AND SAID, "LADY, YOU'VE GOT A LOT OF PROBLEMS HERE. YOU COULD PAY ME A BUNCH OF MONEY SO I CAN GET THIS UP AND WORKING, EVEN THOUGH YOU'VE PUT IN OVER $180.00 DOLLARS WITH ANOTHER COMPANY ALREADY, BUT I SUGGEST YOU JUST GO GET YOURSELVES A NEW ONE." THE SERVICE CALL CHARGE WAS $45.00. HE GAVE ME HIS CARD AND SAID, "DON'T WORRY! NO CHARGE." I WAS FLABBERGASTED AND VERY GRATEFUL FOR HIS HONESTY!! THANK YOU MR. COLI!!! AND GOOD LUCK WITH YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS! I WISH THERE WERE MORE OF YOU OUT THERE!!! HEARTFELT APPRECIATION FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND HONESTY! THANK YOU!
