 + -1 moreThe owner is extremely professional. He takes the time to ensure great service. The lead tech is extremely knowledgeable and keeps you informed throughout any work that is required. We have used this company over the past 18 years for all services. This is the 2nd unit that we have purchased from them. They explained the differences in the units we had to choose from along with any warranties that would be offered. In any emergency

Description of Work: AC ADVANCED DIAGNOSTIC TUNE UP. Hired Absolute Zero as part of APS Advanced Diagnostic Tune Up Program, which is much more expensive than a typical system check up. They came out and diagnosed and serviced two units that are less than 8 years old. Technician and report provided (which required three follow up calls to obtain) said unit was fine for now, however it may require serivce in the next few years. The technician offered to do the work "off the books." Four months later, one of our units has completely died. I called Absolute Zero. Thier response was that the service and diagnostic they performed offer no guarantee of performance. They also informed me that they had fired the technician who serviced my unit, implying that this would absolve them of any responsibility for the quality, or lack there of, of the serivce they provided. I strongly advise against using this service company and will follow up with APS regarding the quality of the service providers they recommend.

Description of Work: They came and cleaned my 3 ton A/C unit. It was a maintenance service checkup.

 + -1 moreTHE COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, RESPONDED IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE EQUIPMENT. THE PRICING WAS FAIR, AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF FOLLOWING UP WITH SERVICE CALLS TO MAKE SURE THE SYSTEM WAS PROGRAMMED AND WORKING PROPERLY.
Description of Work: INSTALLED NEW AIRDUCT AND 2 NEW HVAC UNITS IN A COMPLETE REMODEL OF A 1970'S RESIDENCE.

 + -1 moreTHEY CAME AND INSPECTED UNIT FOUND DRAIN PIPE CLOGGED AND ABOUT 1 POUND FREON LOW. THEY ADDED FREON. THEY CLEANED AND SERVICE THE UNIT. THEY UNCLOGGED DRAIN, AND MADE SURE IT WAS COOLING PREPARER.
Description of Work: HAD THEM CHECK OUT UNIT DUE TO WARM AIR, UNIT WORKING AROUND CLOCK TO COOL HOUSE.
