Rush was extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. He takes pride in his work.

Rush was prompt in coming out and submitting a proposal and very confident he could solve pooling problem. Their proposal, however, did not guarantee their work would solve the pooling problem and pricing was not firm. When I contacted Rush with my questions his response was "To give you a fixed price on complete drainage would be foolish on my part. I’ve seen these floats work on the first try and I’ve seen them take several. To protect myself from losing money I think I will back out of this job". I was disappointed that someone who specialized in walk decks would not have a better idea of the scope of work for this small deck project.

Rush and his crew were always on time that they promised, they fixed the bad spots, and some extras, and it looks better than when it was new. They were very competitive, and I would recommend to anyone.

Had a conversation with Rush and he agreed to come out. I told him we weren't in a hurry and if he needed to book another day, that was ok. He said no, he'd come out on a Saturday and called back with a time later in the week to confirm. Saturday morning, Rush called to cancel. Understandable. His current appt was running long and it was up near Cave Creek. Didn't offer to reschedule but instead asked me to send pictures. Well, I knew that he had no interest in the work and even though I had suspicions, I sent the pics anyway. Not another word from Rush. He could have not wasted my time, but I guess it was easier to brush me off. Funny, he complained about Millenials not wanting to work hard and impacting his business. I won't speak to the quality of the work, but it seems to me he would do well focus on running a professional business before casting blame elsewhere.

Talked to Rush about a problem I had with water coming in one corner of my house after storms. Rush could have easily made some easy money coming out to fix the problem. After taking the time to listen to my description of what was going on though, he walked me through the steps I could take on my own to fix the problem pretty easily. It's always nice to find someone who is willing to help you out like that. Thanks Rush!

They gave a fair price estimate and honored it, arrived on time each day of the job, worked hard while they were here, and left us with what feels like a brand new deck. Two weeks ago it rained for two days straight and the deck held up perfectly. Not one drop of water seeped through. We're very happy with the job that Absolute Waterproofing did and would recommend their services to others.

They did a fantastic job fixing and waterproofing my elevated 2nd story deck. Although they were not the cheapest quote I got, they were the best and really knew their stuff. If you need it done right, go to ABSOLUTE WATERPROOFING.

Guy was very fair an honest I felt, even though I did feel he was bit eccentric, but I did like his explanation of the work he was going to do.and the materials and time it would take, and why it would take that long. Other roofers did not explain that it would take a day or more between dry times to complete like this guy. He seemed very knowledgeable about construction and I believe he would have done just fine, but my neighbor saw me doing work and I decide to get help with him since he's is an architect and builds decks (which I did not know until he came over) I will consider him for future work and referrals though.

This was definitely a learning experience for me. I had to have my 500 square foot balcony deck redone after a previous incompetent contractor botched the job with three failed attempts at putting on two different types of worthless coatings that started cracking and peeling almost immediately. I should have gone to Absolute Waterproofing to begin with -- it would have saved me the $5,000 I wasted with the previous contractor who had originally given me a cheaper quote. Overall, Rush at Absolute Waterproofing was a pleasure to work with. It quickly became obvious that he and his workers are quintessential experts at deck coatings -- I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job that's worth the expense. It's had five months under the hot Arizona summer sun and the coating looks as good as the day it was installed.
