They are terrible, I would not recommend them for long distances. Pay the extra money and go with someone else. Moving from Chicago to Phoenix - The trailer was dropped off on time and we loaded it same day (Friday). I then called to have the trailer picked up the next day, as we started driving out of state. They said they dont pick up on weekends so it would be picked on Monday and it would be delievered to Arizona in between 5-7 days. When I checked the status on the following Thursday (4 days after it was supposed to be picked up) the truck hadnt even been picked up yet. I talked Upack Chicago and they assured me it would be picked in the next 24 hrs and would make it there with 7 days. Two days later and the trailer had still had not left Chicago. After rescheduling our moving help twice, because the truck had not arrived, it finally arrived in Phoenix termianl five days after it was supposed to be there and two weeks after the intial day we loaded. We were all set to move-in that weekend, but yet another problem, they don't deliver on weekends. After talking to the Phoenix branch they agreed to make an exception and deliever at 8am on Sunday morning. At 8:30am sunday morning with myself and the movers standing around waiting for the trailer to arrived, I called to check on trailer. They said they had nothing scheduled. The truck finally arrived at noon and a lot of our stuff in the trailer was broke and an in bad shape. Also important to add is that the trailer was transported via railroad. I dont remember that being mentioned when I booked the service. To top off the experience, 4 hours after receiving the trailer, I unloaded it and called them back telling them I was done with it and they could return to pick up it. They said they would be there pick up the next morning. Guess what... it wasn't, it sat another day after that. When I called to complain about my experience they credited me $50 or $100 bucks, but nothing compared to the extra money it had to spend in an 5 extra days for a house rental, the extra hours paid to moving labor because the truck arrived 4 hours late and the fact that I got misimformation and/or failed commitments from three different people in both Chicago and Phoenix terminals. Overall, the cost was cheap compared to others, but if you are doing any time moving significant distance, stay away from upack.

I was absolutely satisfied. I highly recommend them. They are very competitive with their prices.

They were prompt and courteous, however; they didn't secure our load which resulted in damage to my furniture. In light of that, we were dissatisfied with the service.

ABF are great I couldn't be happier with their service. I would recommend them without hesitation.They were extremely helpful and responsive on both ends.

They were true to their word as far as pick up and delivery. The customer service was really good as far as answering any questions. They are also very accommodating.

Dawn was very personable. She was very easy to talk to. She helped me knowing that I may not even use them.

The salesman gave me a thorough quote. The price seemed reasonable for the long distance move. The trailer was big enough to load a three bedroom house with room for some garage stuff. I think the bad part was that the trailers are not air ride trailers. My stuff was packed tightly, but not everything was wrapped in throws. My furniture got banged up a lot in transport. As I unpacked the trailer almost all of my furniture was scratched and gouged from the move. One recliner had the back ripped in the upholstery. If I had it to do all over again, I would pay the extra money and have the professionals load and move the stuff. As far as the drivers and dispatchers, they were professional and cooperative. I really had no problems with the pick up or delivery.

I was considering all my moving options when I called upack. I have never talked to nicer, more knowledgable and responsive customer service. Every aspect from questions, to dealing with drivers, pickup and delivery of my trailer, and communication was very smooth. Delivery of trailer was on time also and this was a move from Ohio to Arizona. I cannoit speak highly enough of this company and the way they treated me. Do not hesitate to use them.

They have been very reliable. They delivered the pods on time. I feel that my books and my household goods are safe. They charged a fair price, which was less than their well-known competition.

They saved me thousands. The only thing they do is provide an empty tractor trailer for you to load, and they drive it.

They delivered a trailer and left it for 2 days to be loaded. Then they came to pickup the trailer and moved everything. They have the pod-type storage for smaller apartments as well. They charge by the square foot that you use rather than weight. Their customer service was exceptionally good. We reserved online and they gave the estimated transit time. They will also hold the trailer at the terminal site for up to two days without charge or over two days for a charge. You can pickup your belongings at the terminal site or have them delivered. We packed ourselves but there were no issues with anything being broken. We had estimates for around $10,000 from other carriers. The price includes fuel and everything.
