 + -1 moreIt works great and worth the repair. I do not know how cost would have compared to other companies. I was surprised at the cost, but I have not had it repaired in quite a while, so it may have been quite reasonable.

Description of Work: I am having a problem with my central vacuum. I called to see what their prices were and to 'pick their brain' about what the problem might be. The owner was extremely helpful and spent lots of time on the phone with me even though he didn't receive penny for it. I'd take my vacuum to him for repair in a second!

 + -1 moreThey were very responsive over the phone and were able to give me an estimate on the repair and tell me how long it would take. When I dropped it off they mentioned that it may be done sooner and they would call me when it was ready. I think I got the call 2 days later. Picked it up. And it's been working wonderfully ever since.
Description of Work: Repair Dyson Vacuum. Needed to be cleaned, maintained, and tuned up. It had been used for almost 5 years with no real service.

 + -1 moreThey did work, but they tend to be a little aggresive with their sales pitch. The work is done when they say it will be and they always have the parts on hand. It seems to be pretty competive in price.

 + -1 moreTHE OWNERS WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE. SAVED ME MONEY BY DOING WARRANTY WORK. THEY WERE ABLE TO PERFORM NECESSARY WORK WITHIN 24 HOURS, QUICK AND EFFICIENT. GAVE MAINTENANCE TIPS, AS WELL.
