A&A SEWER & DRAIN / THE SEWERMAN

Description of Work: This was the rudest New York Jerk I have ever come across in my life! He showed up late with a teenager after not being able to find my home dispite clear instruction. He refused to come in my front door because I have 3 dogs, I told him the dogs were OK but if he was afraid I would lock them up. He said he was not afraid but he didn't come by to play with the d*** dogs he came by to clear the drains!(Interesting that he was referred by another plumber who made a written note on his bill that he loved my adorable friendly dogs) The dogs were put in crates and as we were walking toward the bedroom the youngest, a puppy, got out and came to see what we were doing. I asked him to let him show him the sink and I would lock him up again while he was looking at it. He got very angry and said "No I asked you to lock them up what are they doing out again!" At that point even though I had been waiting all day for him to come by I said "you know maybe you better leave and I'll call someone else' At that point he let loose with obsenities saying "Yeah and go fuc* yourself while you are at it,you are a bitc* your mother was probably a whor* (my 83 y/o mother was in her room) He screamed further "next time I see your dogs I will shoot them." At no point did my dogs growl, bark or make any threatening gestures. I responded excuse me he is standing in my house and that he better not be planning on shooting my dogs. I admit I did swear back at him at that point, after much provocation

Description of Work: The drain in the bathroom was clogged so I called A&A Sewer. They opened a hole in the wall to access the pipe and cleared the clog.
