Description of Work: I recently purchased a deal to get my garage door fixed. That was Sunday (which on their website was a day they do service) and they haven't even called me to set up an appointment. They messaged me on Monday to ask my phone number to schedule a time, but never called me or left a message. Honestly, I wanted it done Sunday, but I thought maybe they were worth it to wait. I was obviously wrong. No where else do you pay for work done BEFORE its actually done and then are forgotten after they have their money (that's the whole reason service companies don't usually get paid until after they have finished). Again, I thought, maybe service providers on Angie's List are different. Nope, I guess not. Obviously an 'A' rating doesn't mean crap. I work 12 hour days and don't have time to hassle a company I've ALREADY PAID to come do their job. The entire reason I'm paying someone instead of doing it myself is because I don't have the time and now these jokers are wasting it.

Description of Work: The technician said I did not need to replace the garage door opener, that it just needed service. They did the service and programmed two new remotes. The remotes worked well for a couple weeks but then stopped performing efficiently. They work, sort of, now.

Description of Work: |It too 4 attempts to schedule an appointment for a quote. When the rep came out he was courteous/professional but was not completely knowledgeable of what was needed to meet my need. Quoted one price on the work order and then had to increase the price by $100 because he "forgot something". | |An install date was set for 3/20/15. That morning, after waiting a couple of hours, I got a call letting me know they sent the installer to the wrong customer with my door. When the installer arrived he had his 4 year old in tow because of babysitter issues. | |Bottom line: A new garage door and automatic door opener was installed and both are working just fine. | |
