We had found Ron Freeman via ISA (INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF APPRAISERS) and his experience and credentials looked very appealing and exactly what we were looking for. We called his office earlier in the year and reached Ron directly on the phone. He mentioned that a lot of things were going on in the office at the moment and therefore it would be better if we could send him a detailed e-mail via the webpage which we consequently did. A number of weeks passed by with no message back from Ron. We followed up with a phone call and left a detailed voice mail message for Ron in which we explained once more what we were looking for. Again no feedback from his end. I can always understand that people are busy and maybe do not want to take on additional work however a short courtesy call or e-mail message saying 'thank you but no thank you' would have been nice.
Description of Work: Silverware appraisal, unfortunately despite multiple attempts no reply
