Jeff on time and loaned a TV because the parts took a while. Good and fair price.

He was very professional and very knowledgeable of electronics. He picked my televison up from my home on a Sunday to diagnose it. He called prior to replacing the part and then fixed it. The picture looks clearer than when we first bought it. I would recommend this company.

My TV was making a loud noise. I called him at 10:00 AM. He came by in a few hours after I called and figured out what I needed. I needed a new color wheel. He ordered the part and said it might take a week. One week later he called and said he would come by and get the internal compartment and take it to his shop and replace the part. It took about 2 hours and my TV was fixed. Jeff was on time, very knowledgeable, professional and just a nice guy. I recommend him and would use him again.

Service man was 1/2 hr late. Priced ok. Seemed knowledgeable.

We found Jeff on Angie's List, called him, and asked him to analyze the issues we were experiencing with our 30 year old receiver. Due to the device's age, there was difficulty in getting replacement parts. We found a newer, more current receiver and hired Jeff to come out and re-install our audio/visual stereo equipment soup to nuts (due to the fact that we had a flooring project done and had to take everything apart). Jeff assessed, recommended, and got to work performing the job. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to do business with. His work is quality and he is affordable.

Jeff was on time, chose a high quality receiver for a very reasonable price and then hooked it together so that we could operate it. He had to come back a 2nd day to fix a couple things, get the sound adj. He didn't leave until he knew we could operate the system and were happy with outcome, not even charging for the 2nd trip.

Jeff was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, and order the part before coming to our house. Once the part came he came to our house and replaced the bad part very quickly.
