A TO Z HOUSEKEEPING

Took advantage of an on-line discount to familiarize myself with this company. The manager kept me up-to-date and informed. They had a four hour window which was ok since I was going to be home anyway but I got the call during the second hour that they were on their way! I had paid for 4 man-hours and am used to getting 2 maids for two hours but I got 4 maids for an hour. It was a little overwhelming but they got straight to work within a minute or two (after consulting with me on my priorities). Plenty of wiping, cleaning and dusting. Of course, I clean and pick up a little before they arrive-get things out of the way. An hour later they were finishing up and out the house as planned (and paid for). Not the very best job but more than adequate, especially for the price. If I had a complaint, it was with the vacuuming. I don't know if it was the machine or the hurry to complete but the crpeted areas could have used a little more attention. Certainly worth the money to help get the place back in shape!

Four ladies came and spent 2-Hours (total of 8 man hours) cleaning the house. I had them start with the bathrooms and kitchen. From there they did the blinds, floors and baseboards. They did a great job on the bathrooms. In particular, there was one glass shower door with calcium/hard water stains that I did not think they would be able to do much with. One of the girls spent about an hour in that bathroom and when she was done the door was sparkling. The kitchen turned out pretty well. Probably about as good as I could have done myself (that is not saying much...)The results on the blinds was a little disappointing. Granted, there are a lot of blinds and they were very dusty. All in all they did a good job. Great job on the bathrooms and good job on the rest.

The work was done professionally and smoothly. All the ladies were friendly and helpful. They arrived on time and got right to work. They use my own cleaning products when I ask them to. The only thing I would mention, and it is nit-picky, is that they vacuum around all the furniture, not between or behind or underneath anything. Basically the middle of the floor. When I asked the lady if she had an attachment so she could vacuum between the couch and the chair (about 6 inches wide, but dust accumulates) she did not understand me. Another lady explained it to her, and she went out to their car, brought in a different vacuum cleaner, and vacuumed between and behind the couch and chair. But the house was quite clean when they left, I will use them again.

They are very thorough and their customer service is one of a kind. We were really pleased with the prompt attention and great service. Our house sparkled for the first time. They came in with a crew of three or four people, one who was a cleaning supervisor. They leave you a detailed slip of what was cleaned and if something isn't cleaned to your satisfaction, you can call or e-mail them and they will send the supervisor out within 24 hours to fix it. I think that is so great.

There were 3 people doing the work and they cleaned for one hour. I did not think they did a good job at all. There were still things on my floor; areas had not been dusted, just different things that should have been done. I called the main office and they said that they would give me another visit free. They had to reschedule that visit 3 times with me.

Their customer service representative was terrible. I had to repeat information multiple times. If I hadn't used them before, I would have never scheduled the service. They were able to schedule the work for the next day. They gave me a one hour window for arrival and arrived exactly one hour after the window. They did not make any attempt to contact me to let me know they were going to be late. Once they arrived, everything got better. The four women team did an excellent job of cleaning the house, they were polite, professional, did not mess around, and best of all did a great job of cleaning.

The price was far too high. They did not do what I wanted them to do. I just used them this one time and discontinued my services.

The staff did a fair job. They did a basic cleaning, nothing special. The attention to detail and dusting was not to my satisfaction. There were 3 or 4 staff working for approx. 3 hours. They were not the most time efficient workers but slow and stopped to chat with each other. I had been given a quote before the work began of $200.00. Once finished, I was given a bill for $400.00. They priced the work on how long it took to complete. When I explained that I felt that the pricing strategy was flawed, since the time was influenced by the efficiency and skill of the workers, they did not agree. We concluded our business by agreeing to a comprise price. Since the staff were not especially skilled cleaners, I would not use them again.

Scheduling the team we wanted was very difficult. Several items were broken in cleaning process, though the company did trade services for damages. Last straw was team did not show when scheduled, owner put responsibility back on client and was very, very unprofessional in attempted discussion and resolution. Overall quality of work was good but scheduling, breakage issues, and unprofessional problem resolution were reasons for terminating service and going to another provider.

I REALLY LIKE THE WORK DONE BY THIS COMPANY BUT THEIR ONLY PROBLEM IS COMING WHEN YOU WANT THEM. I'VE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND FIND NO MATTER HOW FAR IN ADVANCE I CALL IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET THEM HERE AT THE TIME THEY SAY. THIS LAST TIME I WAS SCHEDULED FOR CLEANING BETWEEN 1-3, THEY SHOWED UP AT 4:00. I HAD TO CALL THE COMPANY AFTER 3 TO FIND OUT WHAT TIME THEY WERE COMING. I THINK IT SHOULD BE THE COMPANY'S RESPONSIBILITY TO LET THE CLIENT KNOW IF THEY WILL BE EXTREMELY LATE. ONE TIME THEY DIDN'T SHOW AT ALL. THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY AND I WAS GIVEN A $25.00 DISCOUNT, NOT HELPFUL IF I WAS HAVING A DINNER PARTY ON THE EVENING THEY WERE SCHEDULED. ON THE PLUS SIDE THERE ARE USUALLY FOUR CLEANERS SO THE JOB GETS DONE QUICKLY, USUALLY WITHIN 2 HOURS. THEY ALSO DO A PRETTY THOROUGH JOB.
