A QUALITY ELECTRIC LC

I called to receive a phone estimate. The estimate was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes I had received. They were also very prompt in their appointment scheduling. They had someone available for the next day (unlike other contractors, where the wait would have been at least a week). Michael informed me that the quote would be firmed up before work was started, when the actual electrician arrived and assessed the job. Will, the electrician, arrived on time and was very professional. He covered our floor with a mat to collect any dust and was very quick and efficient in his work. The entire process only took about one and a half hours. We did not have enough light bulbs for the fixture, and he very kindly offered to provide us with some that he had in his truck. He cleaned up after himself. The phone quote was right on; there was no sticker shock!! Very impressive!

I was very pleased with them. They were able to provide me a quote over the phone and schedule the installation quickly. The serviceman arrived on time, performed the work quickly and well, and charged me the same price I was quoted. I think they are very reasonable, and I would definitely use them again.

Overall, I am very pleased with my experience with Quality. Their employees are polite and professional. There were some complications with my job, which were no one's fault in particular, but what's important is that Quality did not leave me until everything was working and I was satisfied.

This was second part of a three part project. It was done well and on schedule.

Sept 25 called for an estimate. Since the panel was accessible from the street the estimator was able to look at my panel without me being home from work. Sept 26, they e-mailed me a quote of $1620 for the job. The work was done on the Oct 11. They arrived at 7:00 AM, then APS turned off the power. The electricians then removed the old burnt panel and installed the new G.E. panel with new breakers. They were done by 10:30 AM. Dave the electrician told me the City inspector would be notified and be there by 1:00 PM. At 12:30 PM, the inspector came by and approved the work. Dave then called APS. By 2:30 PM I had power to the house. They remove all the old stuff and left the job neat and clean.

Very good. My only suggestion would be to do scheduling ahead of time rather than on the actual day that was a little inconvenient organizing on the day of.

Went just fine. Only complaint: I called specifically about the GFI. The new circuits were something I had had in mind, and since I was going to get an electrician here, thought I would get it done. The electrician who came didn't seem to know about the GFI, and was only here to pull wires. However, I managed to get the company to deliver the breaker while the electrician was still here. Just a minor annoyance. The electrician was very friendly and competent, and willing to discuss things and offer advice.

From start to finish, a positive experience. I called on a Friday morning & spoke with Nathan who set up an appointment for Monday. Mike called Friday afternoon to confirm the appointment for Monday & to give me a time frame. Dave, the electrician, called 20-30 minutes before he arrived, which was actually earlier than what I expected. The work was done quickly, efficiently & to my satisfaction. I will definitely call them again if I need any other electrical work done. Although the hourly labor charge seems high, it is on par with other companies.

Quality was very responsive, prompt, gave excellent workmanship and the pricing was within our budget.

Work was performed on two different days. Electrician was prompt and fully explained work being performed. Job was more extensive because existing conduit not compliant with code and had to be replaced, including one section buried underground. Work performed was satisfactory and prices within expectation for electrician services.

Very good overall. Reception was very pleasant when I called. Called me 2 days ahead and rescheduled for 1 day early due to cancellation. Electrician called ahead of arrival. He had been given the wrong cordset for the job, but ended up not needing it anyway. These guys seem (a lot) more expensive than another company I called, but they were still scheduling a week out, so maybe you get what you pay for here.

Both phone agents and the electrician were polite and professional. The electrician advised me that work wasn't necessary for code, which I appreciated.

We schedule for quality electric to change a faulty ceiling light and socket. They turned up on time but after that it was down hill. The ticket they had we were told did not describe the work we wanted. They did not bring the parts needed to perform the work. They still charged us the $97. To have the work done they would need to return, charge the another $97 (for 30 min) and probably another 30 min to 1hr.

The entire process went well, from estimate to several service date changes on my part to the work performed. Nick was thorough, neat, and considerate.

We were very pleased with our experience. From the scheduling, estimate and actual work, all Quality Electric staff were prompt, courteous, and professional. Our electrician, Wade, did a great job.

He was a very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable man. He will return to finish the job.

THE WORK WAS HIGH FOR 1/2 AN HOURS WORK.

THE QUOTE GIVEN BY PHONE WAS VERY THOROUGH IN ACCOUNTING FOR DIFFERENT SCENARIOS WITH THE JOB. I WAS HAPPY THAT THE TECHNICIAN CONFIRMED THE QUOTE AFTER ASSESSING THE JOB, BUT BEFORE BEGINNING WORK. I KNEW THE JOB WOULD ENTAIL CUTTING SEVERAL HOLES IN THE CEILING TO RUN THE WIRING, BUT I HAD WISHED IT WOULDN'T BE SUCH A MESS. EVERYTHING WAS DONE AS PROMISED, BUT WE ENDED UP WITH 6 VERY ROUGHLY CUT-AND-REPLACED HOLES. I SHOULD HAVE DEMANDED A DRYWALLER TO FIX IT, BUT OVERALL I WAS HAPPY WITH THE INSTALLATION JOB.

SUPERB-TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE SURE NEW EXTERIOR FIXTURES WERE PLACED SQUARELY AT ENTRANCE-VERY PLEASANT.

QUALITY ELECTRIC IS NOT ALWAYS THE CHEAPEST BID BUT THEY DO THE BEST JOB. WE HIRED THEM TO RUN WIRING FOR OUR DIRECT TV ACROSS THE HOUSE AND SOME DUAL FAN SWITCHES. THEY THEN QUOTED ANOTHER LARGER JOB FOR LIGHT INSTALLS, FAN INSTALLS, ETC. AND IT CAME OUT $600 MORE THAN ANOTHER COMPANY. WE WENT WITH THE OTHER COMPANY BUT THE OTHER COMPANY COULD NOT COMPLETE THE JOB. WE ENDED UP BACK WITH QUALITY ELECTRIC, WHO DID A GREAT JOB FINISHING WHAT THE OTHER ''CHEAPER'' COMPANY COULD NOT DO. NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE WILL JUST GO WITH QUALITY ELECTRIC IN THE FUTURE. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

FROM THE START, QUALITY ELECTRIC IMPRESSED MY WIFE AND ME WITH THEIR EYE FOR THE DETAILS. THE INDIVIDUAL PROVIDING THE COST ESTIMATE KNEW UP FRONT THE PROBLEMS THERE WOULD BE WITH MEETING THE CITY CODE. EACH TIME WORK WAS TO OCCUR, SHARON, FROM QUALITY ELECTRIC'S OFFICE, WOULD PHONE AND CONFIRM OUR UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT WAS TO GO ON. QE COORDINATED WELL WITH APS AND THE INSPECTORS. BOTH APS AND THE INSPECTORS SPOKE HIGHLY OF QE ALSO. THE WORK WAS DONE WELL AND QE CLEANED UP NICELY. MY WIFE AND I ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE QE PROVIDED, AND WE WILL BE CALLING THEM OUT FOR MORE WORK WE WISH TO DO IN THE FUTURE.

THE OWNER CAME OUT TO DO THE ESTIMATE. HE WAS PERSONABLE AND FOLLOWED UP WITH A PRICE QUOTE IN A TIMELY WAY. I WAS SENT A WRITTEN ESTIMATE AND CONTRACT. I AGREED TO THE CONTRACT, AND A DATE WAS SET. THE COMPANY ELECTRICIAN SHOWED UP ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN A WORKMAN LIKE WAY. I WOULD HAVE THIS COMPANY WORK FOR ME AGAIN.

ON TIME, WONDERFUL PERSON, CAN'T REMEMBER HIS NAME BUT HE WAS JUST GREAT. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

DAVE ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB, HE EVEN DID A COUPLE EXTRA THINGS WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE. MIKE TOOK A LITTLE LONGER AT GETTING BACK TO ME ON THE QUOTE THEN HE SAID HE WOULD, BUT DURING BUSINESS HOURS YOUR GUARANTEED TO GET SOMEBODY TO ANSWER YOUR CALL.

EXCELLENT. CHRIS CALLED BEFOREHAND FOR DIRECTIONS AND CONFIRMED TIME. VERY POLITE & KNOWLEDGEABLE & PRICING WAS REASONABLE.
