landscaping
 + -1 moreCalled and left a message that I needed a quote on re-landscaping my front and back yards. Never heard from them.
Description of Work: Needed a quote to redo my front, back and side yards which included some regrading and installation of French drains.

 + 1 moreJeff is highly professional, getting everything in writing and making sure everybody understands what will be done. He gave me several references, who provided good reports about his work. His crew did the entire job (at least 1/8 acre). When the workers inevitably got a few stones in the pool, they promptly removed them all from the deep end. The foreman, Luis, was present at all times, friendly, expert, and helpful. This company has a landscape design section Jeff has a degree in architecture and is an experienced landscape designer called Logical Landscapes. Except for following Jeff's advice on the color of the granite (and being glad I did), I did not use his landscaping expertise. Given an opportunity, however, I would.
Description of Work: After my favorite landscaper quoted an extravagant price for a simple (but admittedly labor-intensive) xeriscape job in the backyard, I called around and finally came across Jeff at A Climate Landcaping. His price was almost within my budget, and so I hired his company to remove two areas of coarse, ugly gravel, assassinate and dig out a water-guzzling lawn, upgrade the watering system, repair a leak in the existing watering system, plant several new ornamentals, remove the ugly old planter borders and build new ones with river rock, set flagstone to make a path & patio, and lay down new quarter-minus granite throughout the backyard.
