Description of Work: Not sure what I paid for the special offer. But the changed the rollers, cleaned and sprayed all over with a spray to make everything work properly. My door is know working all the time and is much quietly.

Description of Work: ON Thanksgiving morning, the spring broke on the garage door. The next day, I called a few repair services, most of whom did not even answer their phones, but A-Authentic did and promptly came out and put in a new spring - and cheerful to boot! Great prompt service with a smile on a holiday weekend!

Description of Work: The tech arrived on time. My garage door was a complete mess--off track, squealing and squeaking loudly, moving up and down very slowly, remote not working. He determined the problems quickly, told me he had to do more repair than a tune-up, and told me the approximate cost (which seemed high to me, but was considerably less than a new door and system). I agreed to the repair, and he proceeded to do the work. He worked efficiently, finished in good time, was very professional, and explained the operations of the unit to me. It worked and still works great, pretty much like new, and very quiet. I'm just happy that I don't new a new door. Would use them again.
