A Authentic Garage Door Service

Excellent, worker was prompt, gave quote and we scheduled garage door replacement. He also installed an outside key pad with the project. All in all very satisfied with product and service.

Great. When A&R Garage door stood me up I found that A-Authentic had a special coupon for spring replacement. I called and they quickly gave me an appointment for the next day. Derrick came out on time, went over what was needed, gave me an estimate and replaced the springs and tuned up the rest of the door and opener. He also showed me what to look for to make sure everything was adjusted properly. The whole experience went great and Derrick did a great job. I will use them in the future.

the garage door broke and locked in place. I called with an urgent request for service and had technician Joe H there to repair the door within a couple of hours. he analyzed the problem, and quickly fixed all the issues that needed attention. the door is as good as new. even more quiet.

David arrived on time, worked quickly, and gave me a fair price for his service. Although the price was a bit higher than expected, David negotiated a price that worked for us.

I purchased the service at Angies List and they were supposed to call me within 24 hours. I didn't receive a call back for a few days so I called them to see what was going on. They hadn't received notice that I had purchased the spring replacement. That was the only bad part of the experience. Once we scheduled the appointment and the repairman showed up it went very well. He inspected the whole garage door/opener/springs etc and found one other item that needed to be replaced. He was very professional and explained everything to me. He replaced both the spring and the other item. I am very pleased and I would use them again.

I purchased the $89 Angie's list package tune-up. After the tech arrived, he told me the $89 was not what I needed, but sold me a major $$ upgrade/repair of garage door. Not what I was expecting. The real problem I had was the $89 I had already spent could NOT be credited to the work he suggested. The $89 could only be used for a keypad entry to garage (which I opted for) or something else (can't remember other option). After he added a 2nd coil to garage door to help with lift of double door, it is MUCH quieter and it does not seem to strain to lift. His suggestions seemed to be spot on. He was fast with install and professional, I just did not understand why I would be forced to use my $89 for the options he gave me when ultimately I spent more than planned. My opinion, $89 is $89, no matter how you slice it. I came away happy with the job but had no idea if the $$ I spent was reasonable for what I got.

They were quick to come out and get the job done. Scheduling an appointment was easy. I need to call them back since there is a gap in the bottom left hand corner of the door. They did not seem to adjust the door properly.

The service went very well. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. The motor quit working again soon after it was originally installed and the technician came back out and fixed it. We've had no issues since. We are very pleased with the service.

I have used their services previously. There were troubles with scheduling through email and I had to reschedule over the phone. They arrived on time to the appointment. The job was completed in about thirty minutes and everything was fine. My experience with them was great!

The guy showed up on time but wanted 355 dollars to do a job that should only cost 200. Hired another company that did a great job.

While the problem didn't occur when Christopher Brown came for the service appointment, he spent a good deal of time checking for possible problems. He discovered that the sensor wiring was not very tight and fixed that. He then greased hinges and pulleys and such. It seems that he did fix the problem. He was very friendly and professional.

Purchased this as an Angie's Deal. Set an appointment at a convenient time and they arrived promptly. The service was performed quickly and the performance of the garage doors was improved. I did feel like the service man was trying to sell me on new garage door openers. I politely declined since mine are still working well (just noisy). There was no hard sell, just the suggestion that if I wanted quieter operation, new systems would be needed.

I guess it was okay. I'm not sure if I would use them again, but it's nothing that they did.

They were okay. They did not charge more. I asked them for a quote for my garage door and they never got back to me. I got someone else to do my garage door. I thought they professional but, when they did not return my calls, I did not think that they were very professional.

The garage door needed a new spring and that was priced at $150. Other bearings and rollers were also install to update the door. The only surprise was the price which rolled up to $460 plus the $89 I had already paid. I felt this was excessive the the pricing of the parts was rounded up to $100 for each group of the rollers and bearings. The $89 deal included the roller bearings but these were billed at $150 and the $89 I prepaid was simply deducted from the bill. This is the first bad experience for an Angie's list vendor and to qualify, the service was great I just felt I was over charged by a couple of hundred dollars.

Never heard from Provider. Requested that they call on my cell to schedule. Requested Oct 15, 16 or 17 if possible. Never heard back and did not get a message on my Angie's account.

They showed up on time and did the job quick. They gave me good feedback about what to watch for in the future.

They did what they were supposed to do.

Chris, the installer, did an excellent job replacing my old garage door. He was professional, fast and walked me thru why repairing my old door would be more expensive than getting a new one installed. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
