Description of Work: They completed a tune up and a roller replacement through a Big Deal. The service was great! I have already scheduled additional services with them.

Description of Work: I have been using a Big Deal from Authentic Garage Door Service. They replaced all the springs in the doors and they re-aligned the door and did a couple of minor things.

Description of Work: Old Liftmaster.... replaced with new beltdrive #8550 ($547.95) plus parts etc! Installed remote. took down and haul-away!

Description of Work: Gentleman came out put new rollers on lubricated exactly what we paid for in the big deal offer that we took advantage of. We were happy with the service. We felt we got our money's worth as the company had advertised.

Description of Work: tech was very punctual, he went immed to work and completed the contracted work very quickly. He suggested another part that appeared to be stretched, gave me an estimate and performed that replacement again quickly. He was professional, and gave me a copy of the guarantee.

The unit was quickly installed and I was instructed on the operation, tested the device, and everything has worked well since. Would definitely call them if anythig goes wrong with my Liftmaster garage door in the future.

Description of Work: My garage door spring was broken so I called A-Authentic Garage Door Service. I spoke with a representitive and asked how much does the replacement cost? She said $69 for a single spring, and double that for two springs. She also said that the labor fee was $50. The service techician came and fixed my garage door. Then showed me the charges. $99.95 for the spring, $29.95 for a steel bearing, and $50 for labor. In total $190.19. I was not made aware of the need to replace the steel bearing prior to the technician replacing it. When I called to explain my conflict with their service, they said that I should resolve the problem with their technician

Description of Work: I bought a foreclosure home with a garage door opener that did not work. Raymond came to my house and did a wonderful job of fixing the opener [even though it had been cobbled together for show with parts from Genie and Liftmaster] and reprogramming the clicker I bought at a big box store. He even changed the light bulb and made sure the cord was long enough for me to reach if the power goes out. He went the extra mile in his service call. Their ad in the Maricopa phone book says "We will answer the phone, and we will be there" and they were. I have been disappointed with other service folks not showing, but Raymond was on time, worked professionally, and delivered excellent service.

Description of Work: My garage door was getting more and more noisy and finally the chain came off of the track. I was also told that one of the tracks was cracked and needed replacing. They were on time, courteous and were finished in under 30 minutes. Outstanding work. Thank you!
