+ -1 moreA and M Mechanical arrived exactly on time in front of or home. They introduced themselves and told us how they were going to proceed. Our home is was build 6 years ago. Two men, went to work immediately, locating the inside crawl holes to the furnaces and ducting. They inspected the furnaces and ducting in the attic, the evaporation drain lines, took photo of the units, checked the pressure of the freon, cleaned the coils. When they finished, they vacuumed up any dirt or dust they left on the floors. They were very professional and courteous and pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They inspected our Air Conditioner inside the home and the two units outside in the backyard. A complete inspection of the entire system, including the compressors, the ducting, and the furnaces. They flushed out condensation lines, they took pictures of the furnaces in the attic and forwarded them to us. They discovered condensation lines that had been connected wrong when the home was first built but had been corrected, and noted evidence of that.

Description of Work: Complete evaluation of current system to confirm need of new A/C / Heatpump as well as quality of ductwork. Range of products and prices offered that aligned with my needs to help me make best decision. New Unit installed and ductwork modified timely and efficiently. Instructed on how to use new digital thermostat, and company followed-up to ensure my satisfaction with new unit and comfort level in the home.
