 + -1 moreArrived within 5 minutes of call. Was in the neighborhood at the time of the call (blind luck) and answered his cell from Circle K. You ABSOLUTELY do not get this kind of rapid, professional response from larger companies. Replaced thermostat using one I had previously purchased. Gave me Zip ties so I could re-attach flexible ducting from the AC unit that had been left unattached by a previous HVAC company during a roofing job. (I had previously had cold air from the AC blowing into my attic crawl space through July and August and was wondering why my electric bill was so high.) This is a one man operation. Bill has every interest in making the customer happy and encouraging future business. He was even tolerant of incessant questions from my inquisitive 4 year old.
Description of Work: Did diagnostic on combo unit and thermostat. Replaced defective (57 year old) thermostat.

 + -1 moreBILL WAS ABLE TO COME QUICKLY TO DO THE REPAIRS, MUCH QUICKER THAN A LARGE COMPANY. HE WAS ON TIME. HE DID THE REPAIRS QUICKLY, AND WAS VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH.
Description of Work: A FAN NEEDED TO BE REPLACED IN OUR TRANE COOLING SYSTEM. CHECKED THE OTHER SYSTEMS. PROVIDED REGULAR MAINTENANCE.
