+ -1 moreI THINK THIS SERVICE WAS RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY SPECIALIZE IN WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEMS. THEY ASSURED ME THEY COULD WORK ON MACINTOSH AS WELL. THEY DID IN FACT FIX THE PROBLEM, THOUGH A LITTLE SLOWER THAN ANTICIPATED. IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR THEM TO COME TO MY HOME TO FIX.
Description of Work: THE TECHNICIAN CAME TO MY HOME AND PERFORMED A HARD DRIVE RECOVERY ON AN OLDER MACINTOSH G3. HE INSTALLED A RAM UPGRADE ON ANOTHER IMAC. HE TESTED THE SYSTEMS TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE WORKING. THEY GUARANTEE THEIR WORK.

+ -1 moreALTHOUGH THEY HAD AN UNEXPECTED DELAY IN GETTING TO MY HOME, THEY DID CALL AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF WHEN THEY WOULD ARRIVE. (THEY DID SHOW UP WHEN STATED ON CALL.) THEY PERFORMED EVERYTHING I NEEDED THEM TO DO AT A REASONABLE PRICE. PEOPLE WHO WORK ON MACS ARE HARD TO FIND.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED THE START-UP DISK ON MY MACINTOSH, PLUS UPGRADED THE RAM IN ANOTHER IMAC COMPUTER.
