Adam was late to our appointment to inspect the pool. However, once I called him he was apologetic and arrived within the hour. He did the work quickly and professionally. In addition, he was willing to discuss several issues and offer good recommendations. He was very friendly and helpful -- I will definitely use him again.

lMr Smolinski--- was contacted by me On May1-- I was having problems with my pool filter and was getting expensive answers from the pool store who had installed it. I called A's pool service on Fri---- he was able to come on SAT morning-- early- as he knew I had time constraints and was able to quickly fix my problem. Based on this service call, I would recommend him highly and my pool is working very well!

I called the them and setup and appointment to repair some pool tiles between noon and 1pm. I called them an hour before the appointment to let them know I would be in a meeting if they showed up early and that I took care of lowering the water level for them. I was asked for my address again and informed that they would need to get grout for the job. That made me start to loose hope. I waited till 2pm and then tried to contact them several times with no response. It has been almost a week and I have not heard anything. I gave up and repaired the tiles myself so that I could turn my pool back on before it turns green.

After 11 years our pool pump stopped working so I called several different companies. Adam answered his phone right away and was at my house within 1 1/2 hours. He installed a new Hayward Tristar 1.5 HP variable speed pump and fixed another small part on a second pump by noon the following day. He was prompt and courteous and I would recommend his company.

Telephone and personal communications were excellent. He arrived on time. He provided the right settings, One valve level was too far in one position and thusly the popups weren't working as efficiently. He noticed that the pool's plumbing was missing a value, a safety valve to prevent too much pressure to the system. His quotation for installing it was very reasonable. He gave me some valuable information on cleaning the drains and fixing a popup myself. He provided the best service I've had on this 8 year old pool.

Great customer service. The company was great to deal with! Punctual, responsive to texts and phone calls, and the pool looks great. I would highly recommend this company for pool service. Threw in a couple of little fixes that were discovered along the way and didn't try to charge. Great experience!

The vendor came out, looked at my issue and with some basic diagnostics, told me what was wrong and how to fix it myself. He gave me all the details I needed to get the supplies from the hardware store and I fixed it without much effort. He ended up charging me nothing for his time and I would totally use the vendor again.

They were prompt and they did an adequate job. They showed up on time. They did the work in an adequate amount of time.

I purchased the Angie's deal of $50 for $100 worth of pool work. Adam and his assistant were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about swimming pools and their operation. My new DE grids were put into my Pentair filter, and I have had no problems. I would recommend Adam and his assistant without reservation!

I was very pleased of A pool service. The pool technician was prompt and courteous. It usually take me at least 4 hours to clean my pool filter, he was finished within an hour. I would highly recommend A pool service.

This went not so good. I went with another company and there was a world of difference between the two.

He said he didn't know anything about the deal or what it included. I called his number and I couldn't leave a voicemail because it required a passcode to leave a message.

Adam is terrific, I had to evect some renters and my pool was in horrible shape, almost black with Algee and bugs. Adam was able to bring my pool back to a sparkling retreat without having to empty the pool or acid wash it. He went out of his way to make sure it was running properly by making several extra trips and even showed my sons some basic things to help maintain it and keep it clean. I highly recommend A pool service!! Thanks again Adam.

It was excellent. He did a great job and gave me suggestions and all that stuff. He did a real good job. I am going to be calling him back because we need to have the pool emptied so I am going to call him back on November to come back and do that.

A's repairs required two different visits. They were very nice and seemed very capable and caring.

I called and had a great chat with Adam, the owner. Because of my schedule, I thought I might have to wait 7-10 days to have the service performed. But Adam was able to get a two-man crew to our house the next day. They did a great job. Before, I wasn't able to get the cleaner to climb more than a few inches up the pool wall. Now, it is reaching near the waterline and the pool looks great.

Adam and Evan came to our home promptly. They diagnosed the problem and got the pump operating good as new in short order.
