Description of Work: I called A's Pool Service from the list of Angie's contractors to request an estimate on replacing a pool pump. Adam gave me a quote on the phone, explained the work, the SRP rebate, etc... When I called back the next day, he set up an apt on Saturday morning with no weekend charge. The techs Evan & Carlo came out and installed it as planned. The record rain in Phoenix filled the electrical pump cord with water, so they also replaced it. It took them 3+ hrs to install the pump, and they had to go back to the office to pick up a missing PVC coupler. They are very pleasant and professional.

Description of Work: Adam went above and beyond to be helpful, informative, and efficient. I have complete trust in him and would never think of calling anyone else for help with our pool.

Description of Work: Drain and refill pool. Also had the tiles cleaned. Tiles are now starting to show calcification again

Description of Work: Repair and replace filter elements. I now use for monthly service as well.

Description of Work: Adam showed up promptly. I had a problem with black algae and a problem with my backwash lever. The lever was cracked and needed to be replaced. He put an algae killer mix in the pool and set it to run for 3 hours for four days. The mix started to work immediately. On May 26 a member of his crew came by and replaced the broken part and checked the chemicals in the pool. I was very pleased with their professionalism and Adam's knowledge of pools and pool maintenance. I will definitely be using them for all my future pool needs.

Description of Work: Service start up for pool, killed the algae and removed leaves. |Man was very professional and pleasant. (Adam I believe). Sandy is now coming out weekly and the pool looks GREAT!!!

Description of Work: Nothing, took payment for pool repair deal. Never made contact. When I asked for an appointment they advised they don't perform work in Cave Creek. Nothing mentioned in ad about geographical boundaries. Why take money with no intent of performing work advertised.

Description of Work: I needed my pool filter cleaned and advice on several repairs on my pool. Adam was prompt and professional. He could have easily convinced me to buy a new pump, but took a conservative approach to figuring out the problem. I will definitely hire him in the future.
