Since 1987, Worlock Heating and Air Conditioning Service has served the Phoenix area. At Worlock Air we want to ensure you and your family stays comfortable year-round. At Worlock Air, all service calls are waived with any repair and you will receive two-year guarantee warranty on all repairs. With a new install, you will receive 10 years on all parts and 10 years on compressor. Bill gives each and every customer one on one service because he is a working owner.

Bill and his lovely wife Rebecca saved the day after our AC unit stopped working. They answered our urgent call and arrived within a few hours. Bill diagnosed the problem timely. He has over 30 years experience and it shows. He explained to us what needed to be done and also took pictures to show why. We are so appreciative for their service and recommend their family owned business to anyone in need of AC repair and maintenance.

My air conditioning went off when I got back from a trip. Called multiple company’s and found out my compressor stopped working. Worlock air was the only one with a reasonable price and he showed me his previous work so I trusted him and am glad I did . The following day the owner of the company and his son came out and replaced my compressor for only $2500. The other company’s were double that price and couldn’t do it for a week. I was also amazed to see how clean an organized his sons van was!

Bill and team are amazing! From a great inital install through now 2 system issues, they have exceeded my expections with prompt and friendly service and quality work. They go the extra mile to make sure the problem is resolved to your satisfaction and even tried to help solve my problems over the phone before having to come out. A Navy veteran in need reached out to The Home of Record Project requesting assistance to replace their leaking A/C unit quickly. Worlock A/C went above and beyond by responding quickly, joining the HRP by donating $1000, and even providing the veteran with a plate of homemade cookies. Outstanding work by Worlock! They truly care about the community they serve and get the job done right at a fair price. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Phoenix.

I used this company for 3 brand new AC units and when one of them has a problem after only a 1.5 old and they treat you really bad. They tried to charge me for work that didn't not need to be done and was under warranty regardless. They are very charming at first and then once they get your business they are very rude and unprofessional. The warranties are bad, you can find better. Repairs you don't need.

Was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and answered all my questions. Checked out the attic where the air handlers go. Before he supplied the bid, he contacted me saying that they had just gotten a big commercial job and would not be doing any residential work for the next 3 months. It was nice that he promptly notified me, but gives me pause for ever dealing with him in the future as not sure that I could rely on him to be available were I ever to need him.

Description of Work: Found firm in Yellow pages. 2 x 5-ton TRANE SYSTEMS. 3 visits in Jan/Feb. 2011 NO HEAT in 1 heat pump in newly purchased house. Only 1/2 refrigerant missing. (2 visits) Units are in house that was VACANT for 3- years. Signed up for his SILVER SERVICE, which means he ONLY charges $1.00/minute for the hour commute to Maricopa. That's $120.00 ...BEFORE... he does any work! @ $600.00 + for one year...FOR WHAT...??? Additional services performed: Moved one central, ceiling air return & thermostat, @ 20 feet, so system would work PROPERLY. 2 NEW TRANE THERMOSTATS. Added 2 x 5 Kw , MISSING Elect. Emergency heaters in attic air handlers. 2 x 85 feet of 10-3 wire to service panel for heaters. July 2011: NO A/C in North unit. BAD (Trane Warranty) 1/2 HP Air Handler motor, Non-working North (new Feb) Trane Thermostat. @ 12 HOURS (4 + DRIVING) LABOR..ONLY ... Also including "his" cell phone time @ 1 + HOUR. COSTS.. $751.00 total, and that's NOT INCLUDING the bad parts which were still under the 5-year TRANE Warranty....! He also FAILED to do the FALL, HVAC TUNEUP, whcih is...SUPPOSED..... to be INCLUDED in his SILVER SERVICE PLAN...? Bill is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about HVAC, and has a likeable personability, but I feel that he SERIOUSLY...OVERCHARGES... by @ 200 ~300 %. I......WILL......NOT... USE HIM AGAIN, NOR RECOMMEND HIM to anyone else! NEW TRANE Thermostats were @ $375.00 EACH PLUS INSTALLATION, and PROGRAMMING ! They ...STILL... run the 2 x 1/2-HP Air Handler motors a couple hours per day, with...NO.. OFF... POSITION for these motors. A TOTAL WASTE OF ENERGY. 3 OR 4 kW/DAY.. Trane web pages says: CONTACT INSTALLER for more INFO... DUH...? I ..TRIED.. to "CONTACT THEM"...THREE TIMES from their web page. They act like someone ELSE made their products..? They WON'T even tell me what the SEER rating on my Heat Pumps is...? DID THEY MAKE THEM OR NOT...? NOT is what they're telling me...??? BILL is..UNABLE... to CHANGE the Thermostat, FAN settings...NOT POSSIBLE ! I..DO ...NOT... RECOMMEND THIS FIRM or person to anyone...!
