 + -1 moreWe started the process 2 times because we changed our minds. John was very understanding and was mainly looking out for our best interest. When we contacted him again the 2nd time around, he was able to retrieve most of our information. We did have to go into the office to complete a new application, but that was not a problem for us. We are most grateful for his "can do attitude" .
Description of Work: Inquired about a mortgage with Wells Fargo, John Redden, Home Mortgage Consultant after a real bad experience with Chase Home Mortgage. John was very responsive and attentive to all of our needs and requests. He got back to us in a very timely manner all the time. He sent us all the info over the internet and there was no questions as to rate, points or other costs. We only had to go into the office on one occasion. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in all the areas of our interest. Outstanding service and was well versed in Wells Home Mortgage products. He made the process workable and easy to understand. I would gladly work with him again. Thank You John.

 + -1 moreI HAVE USED WELLS FARGO MORTGAGE COMPANY FOR A HOME LOAN. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT, THEY RETURNED ALL OF MY PHONE CALLS FAST, AND WERE ABLE TO GIVE ME ALL INFORMATION THAT I NEEDED. IT WENT VERY SMOOTH WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS BECAUSE THEY WERE ALWAYS ONE STEP AHEAD.
