+ -1 moreThe head man brought two workers and they moved the gate back onto its track in the few minutes before I went outside, 10 minutes maximum. The head man kept talking about how expensive different aspects of our house were. He then charged me $575 for 10-20 minutes of work and consultation. I realize one should ask about cost beforehand, but we were desperate and our experience with gate repair services is that they usually have a 4- to 10-day backlog. So, we expected to pay a significant premium for same-day service, but we felt the company took advantage of us and gouged us.
Description of Work: Put heavy sliding gate back on track. Unable to get car out of driveway and driveway open to desert creatures.

Description of Work: They came out and installed a new gate for us and even helped us put in little windows for our dog to look out. They were very timely and very tidy about their work. The young man who came was very compassionate and respectful. I would definitely refer to them others. We've already called them back for another job.

+ -1 morePurpose was to keep my dog off that part of my property. First, I sat down with the owner and discussed what I envisioned. He said they could do whatever I wanted, and they did! At first it wasn't exactly correct, since the dog could still get through the middle of the two rails, but when I called and explained this, they came out within 2 days to fix it at no additional charge. The fence is beautiful; I love it now!
Description of Work: Built a split-rail fence around the perimeter of my patio, approximately 48 feet around and 20 inches high, with a custom gate. Included staining.
