They have taken care of our property for almost 9 yrs. When they first started we had ants so bad that we almost lost our dog. The property had been vacant for many years and the yard was literally alive with ants everywhere. Today, we are almost ant free. They service our property quarterly and I can honestly say that they have NEVER failed to take good care of us. The service techs know their jobs and do them well. Trustworthy, knowledgeable people. Robert calls to make sure it is a convenient time for him to dust and spray our yard. He is very pleasant, Truly Nolen is very prompt on their seasonal service. Also, we have used their insulation service. We have noticed that our home is more comfortable. Our utility bill has decreased by over 30%.
Description of Work: Robert Hanson is our exterminator who services our home on a seasonal basis. He is extremely thorough. Our home has been free of spiders, termites, and roaches since we started services with them going on 4 years.
