He is honest and great. He is a good guy. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I called Bob Parsons at 7:50 AM on 5/1/07 and got an answering machine. He called me back within 2 hours and said he had a full schedule but would try to fit me in. He called me back at 12:50 PM and said he could stop by in 20 minutes. When he arrived he went right to work and found the problem. It was just a loose wire on the contactor. He tightened up the connector and the the AC unit came on. He further tested the unit for current draw and refrigerant charge and everything else was okay. I would recommend this company to anyone. His service and honesty was great and he didn't try to find other things wrong to pump up the price.

Tropical Breeze is one man; Bob Parsons (a sole proprietorship). He has done work for me for years on heating and cooling equipment. He is punctual, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He is also one of the few service people I have used that I feel is fairly priced. Not much more to say. He is easily one of the best service people I have ever worked with and has my unqualified recommendation (I usually don't have the time to fill out these reports but for him I'm making an exception).

BOB PARSONS RESPONDED IN RECORD TIME (SAME DAY AS CALL) CONSIDERING IT WAS HIS PEAK REPAIR SEASON. REFERRED TO US WITH HIGH RECOMMENDATIONS FROM AN INDEPENDENT SOURCE WHO HAD MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE USING HIS SERVICES. HE PROVIDED A DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THE PROBLEM ALONG WITH A DRAWING AFTER HIS INSPECTION. REFUSED TO DO THE REPAIRS BECAUSE HE FELT STRONGLY THAT INSTALLER SHOULD BE REFERRED TO THE ARIZONA REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS. VERY HELPFUL EXPLANATIONS OF PROCESS.
