+ -1 moreI'm so happy to have found this company, they were professional and knowledgeable. I called another company, Arizona Fireplaces and they never returned my phone calls. Tristar came out, serviced my gas fireplace that wasn't working. I found them on Angie's list and saw their reviews both good and bad. I booked appt thru their website and they came out the following week. I saw other reviews and their issues with communication, my tip would be to follow up and communicate thru texts, they will definitely get back to you. Would highly recommend this company.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the result of this service call. Brian arrived within the window promised and did a superb job servicing our fireplace. It's working better than ever. (The fireplace was installed during restoration after a fire in our home, and I don't think it was new.) I would not hesitate to hire Tristar again and have already referred them to others. Tristar was able to come the day I called, but I was not available that afternoon. I received a 10% veteran's discount.

Description of Work: I called on Dec 4th and talked to the owner. He told me someone will be there that night. He called me back and said the guy couldn't make it so they would be there Tuesday. No one called, I called them on Wednesday and no answer. I texted them on Wednesday and no response. It is now Saturday and still no response. This company is unprofessional Pam Murphy. AZ

+ -1 more. Another company from Angie's list said I needed a $1000 valve. Tristar came out, cleaned the pilot light and it started. will use Tristar again for all my fireplace needs

Description of Work: I called Tri-Star for a repair estimate on my fire pit. When they did not arrive during the scheduled window on 1/2/15, I called and was told my appointment was the next day, not the day I had on my calendar. I knew I was right, but accepted what they told me. An hour later, they called me to apologize and state that my appointment information was correct and they would come by in the next hour. The actual diagnosis of repairs needed for the pit was done well. I was told I would be contacted in 2-3 weeks with an estimate. That was 6 weeks ago. I have emailed them via their website twice and called twice, never to be contacted.
