They were prompt, respectful, reliable, and actually got the job completed in less time than first estimated, so we were very pleased with the savings!

The move went very well. This is the second time I've used Topline Movers for a local move and I'll use them again. They were very flexible, on time, and did some extra things during the move such as taking tile and other building materials out of an attic and packing them up, and making an extra stop at a storage locker after the move for things that didn't fit. The furniture was wrapped and protected as though I was moving cross country. I had a very heavy granite topped dining table and they somehow got it through a very narrow doorway and up a flight of stairs without incident. Nothing was broken or damaged. I had two small things that I needed them to come back for and they were there almost immediately to fix them. Thanks again, Topline Movers!

When I called the company, I talked with a very pleasant and professional woman who answered all my questions and made suggestions that were helpful. I described the current apartment and the home where the goods would be moved, the square footage of the apartment, number of bedrooms, and told her we would have packed all non-furniture items etc. She called me back shortly with an estimate. I had been worried about giving them only a couple or three weeks notice, and the fact that it was December and holiday time, but they were able to schedule me exactly when I wanted the move to take place. The apartment was a second-floor one and way in the back of the complex, far from where the moving truck would have to park. I told her about this when I first called and they allowed for the extra distance and time this would take in their estimate. The movers arrived on time. They were clean and friendly and got right to work. The only snafu was that the crew was one man short (due to that man having a minor accident the night before). It didn't seem to slow them down at all. They finished the move in about four hours. They handled all the household goods with care. They didn't gripe about the second story apartment or the long walk to the truck. They laughed and joked, but it didn't interfere at all with their efficiency and speed. The actual cost of the move ended up being less than the estimate because it was done with two rather than three men. I was pleased about the savings and couldn't see how adding another man could have made it go any better. I was elated at how smoothly this move went due to Topline's professionalism. Most of our previous moves had been torture trials handled by me and my family members. I wish I had known about Topline for all those other moves. They took the stress out of the move for us and seemed to do it effortlessly and affordably and pleasantly. I highly recommend this company. I believe the woman I spoke to on the phone is the wife of the owner and one of the movers was their son. I am happy to give my moving dollars to a family business who takes such pride in their work.

Topline Movers proved to us that they deserve the A ratings they have on Angie's List! We moved all the small stuff ourselves and just had them move the larger furniture and items. Cheryl made all of the arrangements for us and answered lots of questions we had. She is always upbeat and reassuring when you call. Troy, John and Sergio were our assigned crew. They arrived on time and got right to work. They were very careful with our belongings and did their work efficiently. Everything arrived at our new home in fine shape and the guys were so patient with us as we decided where each item should go. Moving is stressful, but this Topline Mover's crew was GREAT! The move took less time than we had thought it would and came in under budget. That was great, too.

Could not have gone better. I was contacted the day before the move, where we discovered I had miscommunicated and needed packing as well as moving, instead of just moving. They simply added a couple of people to the crew and got the job done. Also, made a great decision to use two trucks instead of one given the distance between the houses and the amount of stuff to move.

Moving is stressful enough. But finding the right mover is so important. Casey answered all my questions. The movers were on time and went right to work. They were friendly but boy did they work fast. They treated all my belongings with care. When they got to the new house they put all the boxes in the correct rooms. It went real smooth. I was very impressed. The following day Casey call me to let me know that they over charged me by 1/2 hour and he would be sending me a check. What honesty! I highly recommend Topline movers!

Initially when I called Topline Movers for an estimate I spoke to Cheryl, who I found to be very personable... it was an easy conversation like you would have with a close friend. She then had her husband, Casey, call me and I set a date for the move. As I was having lots of work done at the house, I needed to change the date twice. That did not cause a problem and the move was scheduled. I met the movers at the storage unit at 7:45 am... and I was surprised to see 4 energetic, young men eager to go to work! They promptly started loading the truck... they were very personable and we had lots of laughs! I would definitely recommend Topline Movers... they made a stressful time...well, actually fun !

Very easy move, Casey and crew did an outstanding job of packing us into one truck to save us money. Everything arrived in perfect condition. This is our second good experience with them.

We moved from out of state to a rental in Peoria. We left about 90% of our stuff packed in boxes in the garage and had some, but not a lot, of furniture. No major appliances. We bought a house in Glendale and needed a mover. Checked Angie's List and went with TopLine. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, professional, and very helpful. They arrived on time, loaded up quickly and carefully, and then delivered the load to the new house placing everything where we asked. The final price came in lower than the estimate (told you they moved quickly). We would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to someone else that is moving.

The move went great. A team of 3 guys with a truck performed the move. The movers were very friendly and did an excellent job. They were very careful with our belongings. Also, the rate charged was in line with the estimate given over the phone. I don't think they are the cheapest but do you really want the cheapest for something like this? Also, some moving companies require a deposit over the phone to reserve the work but Topline does not which I appreciated. I would use them again for a move in a heartbeat. They earned their rating. Very prompt and fast. Took really good care with everything to make sure nothing was broken, mishandled or dropped. Put everything in my new garage neatly and carefully. Couldn't have asked for nicer guys to help me out.

I work in a service field so am very critical of the service I receive from various providers. I do know that I have never had as positive an experience with any type of service, as with Topline Movers. My crew of 3, Kenny, John and Tony, arrived on time, did a survey of what was to be moved, and immediately went to work. Every piece of furniture was wrapped with pads and tape so that there was no exposed surface. They took far greater care than if I had wrapped it myself. They were very efficient in loading everything onto the truck, no wasted space nor wasted effort. No request was too great, they cheerfully answered all my questions and took on all tasks. The new house did not have easy access to all of the rooms so it was difficult to get some of the pieces placed. One rather large cabinet would not fit through the doorway. I thought I was going to have buy new furniture. But with a little ingenuity a piece of molding on the cabinet was removed and it fit right where it was meant to go. No harm done as the molding can easily be replaced. I'm not sure there are many people who would have offered a solution other than putting that piece of furniture into the garage. The work was wonderful, I will recommend these guys to everyone. In addition, the attitude of my crew was fabulous! They seemed to enjoy their work and were very respectful of me and each other. There was always a "thank you", for assistance from one to the other; pleasantries were exchanged all day. And it was a very long day yet these guys never displayed any less enthusiasm at the end than at the beginning. Every bit of this project was top rate, from the initial phone inquiry to the placing of the last piece. I cannot think of one improvement. Thanks so much to Topline Movers, Kenny, John and Tony.

Courteous, hardworking guys did an amazing job packing the truck to get all my belongings in one trip. Only one Ikea (inexpensive) desk piece was dropped but can be fixed with a bit of wood glue. Would use again in a heartbeat except I don't plan on moving again!

I called Casey at Topline Movers based on reviews here at Angie's List. So glad I did - and the Topline crew lived up to every great review on here. Arrived on time, jumped right in to help with last minute packing, got everything loaded up and were at our new house, unloaded, assembled bedroom furniture (and we have some big master bedroom furniture and some very delicate antique heirloom furniture) and were done in under the time estimate. The crew - Steve, Kenny and Chris - was amazing. Very professional, pleasant, personable, and still smiling at the end of the day after working hard in 110+ temps. These guys worked non-stop, and had us in our new house in under the time estimate. They helped with packing the kitchen and our home office, and everything they packed was packed meticulously. If you need movers, you don't need to shop around - call Casey at Topline. You will not regret it. Moving is a huge stress, and these guys made it sooo much easier. Price and service cannot be beat.

I can hire neighborhood kids to load a truck... I was looking for an actual moving company!

The team showed up on time and were really very efficient, and VERY personable. Got my household loaded in about two and half hours, far faster than I would have thought and we drove across town and they unloaded the truck and helped my wife and I situate the furniture. I couldn't have asked for a better experience especially as stressful as moving can be. They even came in a little under the original estimate. Wow. I will definitely recommend them to friends and use them again.

New to the Phoenix area, we found these guys on Angie's List and first used them in January, 2013 to move items from our storage facility to our rental home. Move went very well so we were more than ready to use them again this July when we moved from our rental and storage unit to our new home. Always punctual this three man team worked quickly and efficiently (these guys know how to move stuff!!) and completed the two-leg move in just under five hours. They are healthy good-natured young men who LISTEN to where and how we wanted items placed. There was not a lick of damage to any piece. We could not have been more pleased with the entire experience.We will be recommending them to everyone we know.

They were all over the top wonderful. Casey was the head guy for my move. I move a lot, and in the future this is the company I will ever use again. I am serious about this. They were on time, they were polite, and they were clean. They handled my furniture in just the best way. They wrapped everything, and just took good care of all my things. Some movers will just cram everything in whatever box they can. Top Line marked all my boxes and practically organized them all. They came in with a positive attitude and demeanor: you could tell that they wanted to be there and to do this job. Their price was absolutely within reason, right around what I wanted to spend. There were higher and lower bids for the job, but either way, they were well worth it.

Steve and crew were just great. They arrived on time, moved quickly and carefully, with a good spirit to boot! Moving can be a hassle, but Topline did an awesome job and made the experience enjoyable and worry-free. I have several antique pieces and everything was treated expertly and nothing was damaged. This was my second time using Topline and I could not be happier with the crews and the company.

The movers moved the furniture quickly and carefully. They understood about how to treat fragile items like the grandfather's clock. Also, very important, they had a good attitude and sense of humor which made the move emotionally easier on me since I am the nervous type. The cost of the move was below the estimate.

I called Casey with a last-minute moving need, he was undaunted! Casey explained how the pricing works (base amt + hourly amt, roughly), we agreed on price and date - Casey and his wife Cheryl were great at confirming time and date. John and Kenny arrived within the agreed upon time, both guys were very professional and friendly. We went over the estimate ($350-420), they took a look at the items to move, explained items would be wrapped in plastic, and then got to work. Great piece of mind seeing our leather sofa wrapped and carefully moved, thanks guys! We didn't have much to move and they were speedy so they were finished before the estimated time, which changed what we paid to $260, woohoo! We had a great experience with the Topline Movers, friendly and professional, and we will definitely use them again, thanks so much!!

I'm not sure I can say enough good things about this company and the group of folks that work there. I chose them due to their consistently high ratings and my previous poor experiences with other movers. These guys are great. Use them. I will be calling on them for all future moving needs and will recommend them to anyone who asks for a mover. I hired them to move my mother (not the easiest person to deal with). She had to reschedule a day before the move and Casey couldn't have been more helpful. They even moved the date to a Sunday at my mother's request. I still feel bad about the last minute change (seriously, I feel horrible) but these guys were great about it. Kudos!
