The move went fairly well. Casey never lost his sense of humor having to deal with the various problems encountered, usually due to me. I was truly amazed at how he could direct his crew to get some of the furniture through the doors. The people who moved me into the house I was leaving had to take the doors off for several of the pieces Casey got out the door with seemingly no problem.

From the very start when I asked for an estimate and Casey came out, I knew I was dealing with a well run company. He was punctual, polite, listened, took notes, advised on how to get ready and provided the estimate. Our actual cost proved to be slightly less than the estimate. The crew of 3 arrived 5 minutes early, introduced themselves with a smile and a handshake, and got right to work. These guys didn't waste a single minute and took no breaks. They meticulously took the wall unit apart, protected it well and put it all back together again perfectly. They went on a half hour lunch break (no charge to us) during the ride out to the new house, arrived and quickly began the unloading and putting beds and wall unit back together. They were cooperative throughout and moved things around when asked. I've moved 8 times before, both interstate and intrastate, and this was the best move yet. Casey is a real gentleman and it's no surprise his employees are likewise in addition to being hard working experts at moving residences. My next move will be with Topline and if you're looking for a mover you've found the right one! You'll be very pleased.

After searching on Angie's List for a good local mover, I found Topline Movers and called the owner, Casey Lewis. He called back immediately and we set up a time for him to visit and give us an estimate. It was very reasonable, and we set a tentative date for the move - depending on how our remodeling was going. It turned out that we needed to move the date back a couple of weeks, but Casey was able to accommodate us. We liked that Topline is a family-owned and operated business - Casey's son works with him - and he and his entire crew took good care of our furniture and possessions. They were prompt, polite and careful with everything. They also asked us what we preferred whenever they had a question, instead of just charging ahead. Likewise, when our new floor was in and they returned, they were very careful not to damage the hardwood. Later, we discovered that a wall unit was blocking a cable outlet that we needed to access - our fault! So we asked Casey to come and move the unit, which first needed to be unassembled, so the cable company could access it, then return in order to move the unit back in place. He arranged it so they could come twice the same day - with the cable guy in between - and only charged $150. We thought that was more than fair. Also important, Casey is very transparent in estimating his costs. Because we ended up moving several things ourselves in advance, the final fee from Topline was more than $1,000 below Casey's original estimate. He itemized everything so we could see what we were paying for, and he didn't try to inflate the final cost to match the estimate which we very much appreciated. In many years of moving, including cross-country, this was by far the best moving experience we've ever had. Casey's website states he worked for various moving companies before going on his own, and he learned the best practices to incorporate into his firm. It's very apparent from how he runs Topline, that that is the case. My husband and I would highly recommend Topline to anyone!

Topline did a great job moving me from my old house to the new one. Casey was very thorough and professional in all communications. Team showed up on time and handled the move in a very professional manner. Team was very careful to wrap everything and load and unload and where needed they would take apart and reassemble. They even took on the challenge of my BowFlex. I would highly recommend using Topline for any moving needs, big or small!

Topline Movers was the company selected to handle a challenging dual move just prior to the holidays. The Topline crew(s) were experienced and efficient and costs were as estimated. Casey and his staff provided the support we needed to make a complicated move successful. Topline did a good job making it easy to submit this recommendation.

I had purchased a special from "Angies List" - then I added some other services. The three men who came as scheduled and on time were great - very professional - while moving is never fun if I have to ever move anything again they will be the first people I will call. They were in constant communication with me from the moment I made the purchase and called this AM to confirm they were on their way and Casey the owner provided me with a number should I need to reach him. They get a double AA+ on communication and service.

Troy and Gio were absolutely great--professional (yet fun and funny to be around), efficient, careful and just generally everything you hope you'll get when you hire someone to help wrap and load a truck trailer for a long move. Casey and Sheryl (not sure if I'm spelling correctly?) were so helpful when I first called to arrange for assistance. Casey even connected us with someone in Portland who could help unload our stuff when the trailer arrived in Portland. This company helped make a very stressful time for us a much less difficult experience--and at a very reasonable cost. I have nothing but positive comments about this company and can't imagine anything that could have improved our experience with them!

Crew of five arrived within the specified 30 minute window. They immediate began packing while two crew members began preparing furniture for moving. They are absolute wizards in wrapping furniture so that it is protected. They do this also with computer monitors, tv sets, paintings; if it does not go in box it is wrapped.Prep and loading took about 4 hours. Three crew arrived with truck and immediately started to unload, unwrap and place furniture. Boxes were delivered to rooms as specified. The unloading also took about four hours. We have used Topline several years ago and were awed by the quality of the service. It is still just as good and when we gave them a big job this time they completed it flawlessly. I would never use any other company in the Phoenix metro area.

We chose this company b/c of favorable reviews from Angie's list and positive impression over the phone with Casey. The team arrived on time on Sat. morning. There was a 3 man crew who were very professional (introduced themselves) and friendly. They worked very hard from 8:30-4, requiring two runs between the properties. We have made about 4 moves in our lifetime. This company has been our best experience with a moving crew. We recommend them without reseveration.

The crew was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. It made the move as enjoyable as a move could be. This was the second time I worked with Topline movers, and I would hire them again; they were well worth the reasonable price that was charged.

Excellent communication from the time I emailed to the pick up & delivery. The two fellas got my garage loaded super quick & unloaded even faster. I totally see why this company has an "A" rating. Call them for your next move!!

The crew showed up on time and immediately got to work taking all our furniture and boxes from one house to the other. They were very careful with all our fragile items and treated our belonging with respect. Even though moving from a big house to a smaller location might be a challenge, the crew made it feel seamless because of their organizational skills. They were courteous and listened to our requests and were always sure to ask us where some items belonged.

I highly recommend Topline Movers. Cheryl, Troy and Gio were fantastic. I was extremely anxious in selecting a mover - especially since I haven't moved in 16 years and have accumulated many nice pieces of furniture. The care and commitment that Topline delivered were top notch. Don't look elsewhere - Topline is the way to go, especially if you are moving locally.

TopLine did an excellent job, were totally responsive, available to answer all my questions and extremely helpful. Because of their efficiency and honesty, they came in under the amount quoted - when does that ever happen? This a family run business and based on my experience they are professional, hands-on, & honest. I will definitely use them again.

This is the 3rd move they have done for us. This time we were moving across country so only needed them to load PODS. They correctly estimated the number of PODS we would need. The two men arrived precisely on time. They moved fast through the house and did an amazing job of packing the PODs. In fact the guys who unloaded them in Florida commented that the loaders were real professionals. Everything came through the 2200 mile move without damage. The total time was less than the estimate and Wr were charged for the actual time. You will never find a better moving company

They were great. There were three young men and they did a great job. They worked very fast, packed it really great and got everything in. Even though it took a lot of stuff and it took them four and a half hours but the price was reasonable compared to everyone else. They were fun to talk to, very respectful and very personable. I felt bad because a lot of stuffs were heavy but I guess they know that and that’s their job.

Casey and his crew did an excellent job. I am a nit picker. I am always looking for details that were missed. I didn't find any. Top Line Movers was on schedule, moved our stuff efficiently with no damage, and charged a reasonable fee. In other words, Casey is a professional mover.

Casey and his crew of three arrived at the appointed time. We did a walk-through and Casey assessed the effort needed to be made, both inside and outside. The four of them started right away and worked straight through without a break. They had to make two trips as the truck couldn't handle the entire load, but they were just as efficient unpacking and placing our stuff where we told them. The entire job was completed within the estimated time (or even less) and not a thing was damaged and both houses were undamaged as well. Definitely the best moving experience I've ever had! Casey is a down-to-earth guy as are his crew. They were friendly, yet professional, and overall, they made a stressful experience virtually pain-free. I hope I won't have to move again, but should I need to -- or if anyone asks for who I would recommend -- it would definitely be Topline.

They did a GREAT job, We had a large, heavy antique desk and they took time to wrap it very carefully. We also needed a refrigerator moved. They had to completely take it apart to get it out of the house. They were very quick and loaded all the parts and put it back together in the apartment very professionally. We were extremely pleased with their service.

The process went easy and very fast (much less time than estimated!). They were ontime, very careful with my possessions and very polite! I would definitely use their services in the future and recommend them to anyone making a move or just moving things around in their home!

Casey was on another job when I called, but called me within 30 minutes. We arranged the date and time. He confirmed and had a team & their truck at my home 10 minutes early. Topline's team packed & loaded the truck with furniture, boxes and larger items from the garage. They drove an hour to Scottsdale and unloaded it into our new home. Nothing was scratched or broken. NOTHING. The team was cheerful, but worked hard for 9 hours. When they left, boxes & furniture were arranged where instructed and they took away their trash. Topline's team did a great job. Not only would I recommend them. I intend to use them again.

The truck had a few problems before they arrived but Casey was super professional and kept us constantly updated - I had no worries that the house would get moved. Three guys showed up and we super friendly but very professional. I couldn't believe how quickly the guys got everything on the truck. We downsized - by half. So when it came time to finding a place for everything they were very patient and helpful. We'd definitely use them again.
