I spoke to Casey without having an actual date chosen. He was very flexible in trying to work with me. His pricing came in exactly where he said it would be for a move of this size. The three guys he sent worked hard and handled my furniture like it was their own. With any move their is always going to be something that happens, with my move their was a piece of furniture that got dinged. It's not that it happened as much as how Casey dealt with it. He sent a gentleman over who actually repaired the furniture better than its original construction. I have moved approximately 10 times both locally and across country. I would highly recommend Top Line Movers for any local move!

The overall experience was great from first contact to completed job. Casey is very accommodating. We were able to schedule a next-day move! Imagine that from another company. My only "do" is "do" mind Casey's sense of humor; he is quite a jokester, very enjoyable.

It went very well overall. Since it has been a few weeks ago, I have forgotten the gentleman's name who scheduled the move, spoke with me frequently over the phone prior to the move day and during the move...but he was courteous and professional and stayed on top of the move. The mover's arrived promptly and started moving furniture and boxes into their van. They were respectful of my items and the home. The worked diligently and did not waste time. They were attentive to my concerns regarding my antiques and fine art work. I had many paintings (in mirror boxes) and art work in boxes and many antiques. All were handled carefully. All furniture was wrapped well and carried gently. They kept up a good pace while working and did not waste time. I felt comfortable enough to leave them for 30 minutes to grab a bit of lunch. When I asked them to move a very large cactus (in a pot) they said that they would rather not because they could not insure that it would arrive safely and not broken. They were polite and truthful. (I had my gardener do it later). I appreciate the fact that they were honest enough with me to decline moving it. The only mishap was a large pot broke while in transport in their van. They had to go over a dirt road with bumps and humps (up in Cave Creek) and the pot broke during transport. I totally understood had that occurred and did not blame them.

The move, from start to finish, was a breeze. Topline showed up on time, did a great job in wrapping and packaging fragile items and transported everything without any breakage.

Both times this company treated my belongings as if they were their own. Everything was wrapped and secured prior to placing on the moving truck. The two men were very professional and polite and were on time. Runners were put down so not to track in the house. During the unload, they very carefully unloaded and unwrapped everything and placed my items where I requested. Everything arrived safely. They call prior to moving day to double check the schedule and the owner follows up during the move and after the move. I could not have asked for a better moving experience either time.

The whole experience was great from the first phone call to Casey, a statement I never thought I'd make about a move/moving company. The crew was on time, friendly, helpful, and extremely careful with my things. They wrapped each item with pads and plastic wrap, moved the items quickly from house to truck and unloaded them just as quickly. Time and cost were as estimated, no hidden charges and no surprises.

The move went very well, especially considering that we had lived there for 14 years and (due to my illness) the contents of my house were quite unorganized. All of the employees were very considerate and went beyond their normal duties to make sure I was not uncomfortable. Also, since the actual cost was over the estimate, Casey deducted a generous amount from our bill (even though I told him that I felt we had gotten our money's worth for the amount of stuff moved).

It went very much as planned. A team of several workers, including the owner Casey, came the first day to pack. Casey took care of the high-end items packing himself. All the furniture was wrapped in blankets and then secured with plastic wrap over that. Almost all the packing was accomplished the first day, excepting some items, like my bed, bathroom items and cleaning items, that were best left to the end. The second day a different team, but still led by Casey, came to finish the packing and load the trucks. They were careful moving items down a staircase with landing, and I found no damage to walls or woodwork. They kept the trucks loaded overnight and arrived promptly the next morning, a Saturday, to unload at the new location. Once again, Casey was on hand to oversee (and work hard himself). In our AZ August heat, all three days were physically demanding, but everyone worked hard, taking only a reasonable break for lunch. We left a number of items downstairs in a garage so that floor tile could be laid in the new house; when the tiling was completed, a two-man team came back, carried those items upstairs and made use of the two-hour minimum charge by rearranging the garage and storage areas. We discovered only two damaged items, cracked glass on a framed painting, and a loosened leg on a desk. Both items were repaired and returned to me in about ten days, the desk in better condition than it had been before, since a talented furniture repair guy had replaced a missing trim piece. Overall, Topline and its owners, Casey and Cheryl, run an extremely customer-service-oriented business, manage teams of hardworking, reliable movers, and price their services attractively. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

Casey's team showed up on a Saturday morning (Labor day weekend no less!). We had our things all boxed up, but we did need some special packaging materials around furniture, glass shelves, etc., so the team started out preparing those items first. We had six men for 14 hours. Very long day for them all, and they were getting tired. The team did a great job, they were pretty good about asking clarifying questions on box markings and furniture if they weren't sure. We didn't have to move too many things around. Casey called the following morning to make sure all was well. Our total was a bit more than Casey's estimate, simply took them longer than he thought, but we had a lot of stuff.

Responsive. Great price and the guys worked hard the full 2 hours. I have had so many bad moving experiences - this was my first good one. I would highly recommend.

The movers were very good. They dismantled furniture and reassembled it very well. They were very careful with moving things. I would hire them again.

As stated above, it went great!! Topline is: professional, timely, detail oriented and a great value.

First, the ultimate charge was less than the low end of Casey's estimate! At first, I was leery about hiring Topline because Casey would not agree to a binding cap or price, only a likely range. But Casey was better than his word. This company is not only trustworthy, it under promises and over delivers. Second, the crew was great. Having literally just experienced the interstate move from hell, I was dreading even this short-hop move. Topline's top rating on Angie's List did not even sooth my nerves. But when the crew arrived 10 minutes early, select the closest place to load the truck (discovering a side entrance to the storage room that I did not know existed), and start moving furniture, I knew things were completely different this time. What was outstanding about the crew is that they really seemed to enjoy their job. They were skilled and careful. Even the newbie (third crewman) was very focused and careful to follow the lead of the more experienced men in the crew. Heck, I even enjoyed shooting the *explicit* with them. These were solid guys, doing honest work, and doing it well. What a relief!!Lastly, Casey is so personally invested in this company that even on this short and hardly lucrative hop, he dropped me a line to see how things were going, to make sure I was satisfied. absolutely use this company.

This company is definitely world class in the moving department. It was about 115 degrees on the day we moved and the team of three movers showed up as scheduled at 8 AM. They worked non stop until about 7 PM - they took great care with all our items. I can honestly say that everything arrived in the same condition it left our other home in. This is a great company who understands what customer service should be.

Our move went very smoothly and movers were on time and friendly and very professional. They did not rush things on either end and were very careful about making sure not to damage walls or scratch the floors. We were very happy with the final results!

Movers were professional and wrapped everything well before handling/moving Movers were running late but their manager called and gave us updates as they got closer to the pick up location, they were about 30-45 min. late. Performed work in a very reasonable amount of time. Explained all charges.

We needed to move on Mother's Day (Sunday) and the three guys who showed up were right on time. We weren't fully prepared or packed, but these guys just started hauling things out into the truck. They were very organized, courteous and worked very smoothly as a team. They had our tons of belongings and furniture wrapped neatly and moved to our new location in a very short period of time. Nothing was damaged and they put everything where we had requested. We were very impressed with these gentlemen and this moving company. This was the best moving experience I have ever had in my life. Casey estimated the job exactly right. Paul, Blaine and Shawn arrived on time, were polite, very careful with our furniture and moved FAST! They were very considerate, didn't take frequent breaks and really worked very, very hard. I have moved (with professional movers) five times since I have been in Phoenix and I have NEVER had such a positive experience. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair, hardworking, and honest moving service.

I was shocked...I am in the military and move very frequently. After so many moves, I have come to expect rude movers, broken furniture, busted boxes, stolen items and many excuses. My experience with Topline Movers was exactly the opposite! It was absolutely a pain-free experience. I like the fact that when you call the company for an estimate, you speak directly with the owner, Casey Lewis. He was very polite and asked many detailed questions so that he could come up with an accurate estimate. The movers, Geovani and Hugo, showed up 15 minutes early. They were polite, they formally introduced themselves to my fianc and I and they got right down to work. They expertly wrapped our furniture and packed our large hanging picture frames and clothes in wardrobe boxes. They worked quickly and efficiently. They didn't delay driving between locations and they were done in only 5 hours. Not a single thing was broken or damaged in any way! Use this company! Ask for Geo and Hugo!

Went well. Movers showed up on time and quickly loaded up the truck. Nothing was broken or damaged. The movers, themselves, were professional and did not waste time with small talk or excessive breaks. Everything went exactly on schedule. Interestingly enough, we discovered that the same crew had moved the former owners of our home to their new home in the Valley.

Fantastic! Everything I had hoped for. Our movers (Dewey, Rodney and Giovanni) turned up at 8 am on the dot. I showed them around the place, they asked a few questions then immediately got to work. They were friendly, careful and *extremely* hard-working. Even though this wasn't an easy move (a lot of stairs and tight stairwells in both places) they took better care of our stuff than we would have ourselves; I can't fault them one bit. As an example, I had originally planned to ask them to pay special attention with a credenza, but before I got the chance they'd padded and wrapped it so well that there was absolutely no need; they'd already done more than I'd have asked for. And that was the way it went all day; at the end of the day, when they drove off, my wife and I just turned to each other and said, "Wow."

They are fantastic, and we have recommend them several people and as well to anyone.

Casey and his two workers arrived at our Prescott cabin on time. Our first impression was very positive as they introduced themselves and looked over the things to be moved. They obviously knew what they were doing. Our furniture, some quite expensive, was very carefully wrapped in padding and secured by tape. Casey began loading the truck and quickly demonstrated his skill and experience as the furniture and boxes were carefully loaded and secured. As we watched it was very evident that Casey was a careful and meticulous mover who knows how to pack the maximum "stuff" into minimal space. We met Casey and the truck at our new house two days later. He was on time and the local workers he had hired were on time. They very carefully unloaded the furniture and boxes placing them where we specified. Every thing was in perfect condition! Casey and his crew cleaned up the packing materials and departed. We were totally pleased and delighted about the quality of this experience.
