Topline Movers

First off-my husband called this company 2 days before and they were able to accomodate us (owner worked on a Saturday in order to do this). They showed up precisely on time and immediately went to work. It was obvious they knew what they were doing and the best way to do it. We were not completely packed and ready but they pitched in and got the job done. It was a long, HOT day and I never heard one complaint-they were actually pretty funny teasing each other all day long. This is a phenomenal company and I will recommend them to anyone I know who is moving. My move could not have gone better. You cannot go wrong with them.

They arrived on time, worked very hard and completed the job in less time than the estimate. They were very professional and nothing was damaged. We were very happy. They offered a discount for being an Angie's list customer and for paying cash (which was also nice). I have already recommended them to someone else!

They were excellent. Cheryl was very helpful when I called to book the appointment and was able to fit me in, eventhough I was moving Memorial Day weekend and only called 2 weeks in advance. She was very detailed about the costs and how the day would go. The movers were punctual and moved quickly! Both movers were very courteous and didn't take one break (they were with me for 4 hours). I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends/family. Worth every penny that I spent!

The move was painless. Service was quickly scheduled. The movers were five minutes early, were competent and professional and had the proper equipment and knowledge. The office was completely moved in approximately 2 hours.

I live out of state and joined Angie?s List in Phoenix in search of a reputable mover to move things from my mother-in-law?s house in Phoenix to Oregon. We had less than a two week time frame to hire a mover, fly to Phoenix and move everything out of the house. Our original plan was to move it into storage in the Phoenix area. Casey and I had numerous phone conversations about the items that needed to be moved, including antique furniture and artwork (some of high value). He assured me that all items would be packed, wrapped and transported in a proper and safe manner. During each conversation with Casey, I developed more and more confidence in him and it become obvious to me that he knew what he was doing. In fact, after a couple of very stressful days making the arrangements for the trip/move, we trusted Casey so much that we decided to forego storage in Phoenix and have him bring the items all the way to Oregon. At that point, Casey went to look at the items, rented a truck and showed up just a few days later with two guys to wrap and pack the items onto the truck. Three days later, he met us at the storage facility in Oregon where he and two other guys unloaded the truck. Casey did everything he said he was going to do and offered a fair price. I cannot express with words how less stressful this move turned out to be, once we found the right person to do the job. Casey and his team helped make a difficult situation quite pleasant. Two other family members have since hired him to move items in the Phoenix area out of the same house.

Spoke with Casey just four days prior to eventual moving date and he clearly explained how things would work, told us who would be arriving, and gave an 8-8:30 window of arrival. He also checked in the day before to make sure everything was in order. On moving day, G and Sergio arrived at 8:05, took a quick look at what was to be moved and went to work. Very efficient and conscientious guys. They asked questions when they needed to, but otherwise swiftly wrapped our furniture and got it into the truck while negotiating the switchback staircase to our 2nd floor apartment. Drove everything 3 miles to the house, they assessed means of entry and got right to work putting things where we wanted them. At one point the automatic sprinklers went on in the front (I didn't know how to turn them off) which got the walkway all wet, but they deflected the spray and laid down mats and used the garage entrance so as not to track water into the house or get the furniture wet. They were jovial throughout the morning and we chatted cordially anytime one of them was idle (which was very infrequently). By 10:30 everything was unloaded, placed where we had said, papers where signed, money exchanged, and they were on their way. The whole move was well shorter and about $150 cheaper than Casey has estimated over the phone. It should be noted, this was the first time we had hired movers, but it went as smooth as could be and seemed to be a great price. We would recommend Topline to friends and would use them again.

I just can't tell you how happy I was that we thought to join Angies List, and so glad Topline was listed. This moving experience was a very pleasant experience thanks to Topline.

Due to the economy, we had to do some moving around of children. This first part of the move involved moving our daughter and her child out of a house that we owned and into our house. I called and explained to Casey what needed to happen and when. He explained the cost structure and gave me a general estimate of the final cost without coming to look at everything. His estimate wound up being very close! The movers showed up at the first house where my daughter was living and loaded stuff that was going to storage in first then the furniture and belongings that were going into our house. The movers followed me to our house where some of the items were brought in and put the furniture on the truck from our house that needed to go to storage to make room for our daughter and child. They also added some things that were to go to a second daughter's home into the moving van. After that, we went to storage and they were able to get an amazing amount of furniture and appliances into a 10x10 unit. The last stop was a bed and a piano that went to my 2nd daughter's home. They accomplished all this in less than 6 hours total! The mover's were extremely careful and took extra care with an antique bedroom set that I had put into storage. I was very happy with the job and used them again a week later to move another child and his family into the first house. I recommend them without reservation and will use them in the future - although I hope it won't be too soon. :-)

G and Felix went first to my friend's house to pick up a bed and headboard she was giving me, and she says they came promptly and were very polite. They got to my apartment, worked hard and long, were upbeat, friendly, and courteous, making a zillion trips up and down the stairs. Nothing was hurt or broken, no walls gouged, a better moving experience than I've had some places around the country. At the new home, all of the boxes made it into the appropriate rooms as labled, and my stuff was in great shape. I highly recommend!! :)

After a confirmation phone call from Casey the Saturday before, the two men showed up exactly on time Monday morning. They were polite, professional, and extremely careful. The whole process took 7 hours, and there was not so much as a scratch or a mark on any of the household items or the two homes. They had to disassemble a king size platform bed, and once re-assembled, the annoying squeak that had been around for a few months was gone. They were extremely helpful and incredibly good natured in view of the fact that most of the furniture went to the second floor of the town house. I appreciated some guidance on tipping on the website. It was a pleasure to tip them at the high end of the recommendation - they earned it! When I move back in 6 to 9 months, I'll be using them again!

G and Dewey showed up on time and took just 1/2 hour to break down the beds and move them and the other furniture between the two rooms. They set the beds up and made sure the furniture was placed where we wanted it. You could tell they are professionals at what they do

I had assembled this furniture myself many years ago and I am NOT a handy person. Apparently I had used the wrong parts originally and hadn't lock-tighten everything down so when they started to move the desks and hutches some of them collapsed. I was afraid I would not be able to get this up again ( long ago lost the instructions) but Sergio and G didn't seem to be worried and when we got to the new office they fixed everything, swapping parts so everything fit together correctly and tightly. They did the whole job in about 2 1/2 hours! Sergio and G were the most professional moving team I have ever worked with and I would highly recommend them for your move.

When I first called to get a quote I spoke with Cheryl. She told me about their website and that their prices were on their website. I asked if there was any differential for Sunday or end of the month moves and she stated there were not. I had gotten two previous quotes that had a differential for Sundays or end of the month moves so this was a plus. I scheduled a move date and time and she said she or her husband, Casey would call me later that week to confirm. Casey did call to confirm and I was able to ask some questions so that I was better prepared. Two of their employees showed up on time and did the entire job. The day after the move Casey called me to check on how things went. I expressed a couple of concerns that I had and he fixed it by refunding me some of my money. I was shocked that he was willing to do this and he said practically insisted that this would be the fair thing to do and I was very appreciative. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would call them again.

Overall move was very smooth and without any stress or anxiety. He came exactly as he promised on the day of packing and on the day of unloading. If I had known they would take all the boxes and packing material I would have asked for unpacking. I would recommend this company any time. I had taken other estimates which were at least $600 more than what I paid. Casey is the owner and overlooks the move personally which was very helpful.

This company provides an excellent service. They were on time, wrapped all furniture, removed mirrors, took apart and reassembled a large desk. They even found a box of coins under a dresser that we missed when packing and alerted us to the fact that it was there. I have had bad experiences with movers in the past and had expected this to be more or less the same. To my surprise they actually proved me wrong and made the move less stressful. I highly recommend this company and would be happy to use them again. They also post their rates on their website and I found this to be extremely helpful. Kudos to Topline Movers.

Very easy to work with; very good moving crew. Wrapped everything even though I was just going a short distance; made it as painless as possible considering it was a move. I felt my property was respected and nothing was broken or damaged. It could not have gone better.

They were punctual, polite, hard working, meticulous on the day of the move. They provided great customer service prior to and during the move as well as with phone interaction with the office to see how the move was going.

The crew of three people, which included the owner of the company, showed up right on time at 8:00 AM. They packed specific furniture items that we requested and loaded up pre-packed boxes into our PODS unit which took them less than 2 hours. They did an excellent job in all areas of our moving needs. All of our items arrived safely from the 1500 mile trip our POD had to make to reach its final destination. We even learned some valuable packing tips that will be very helpful for future moves.

Everything went smoothly. They seemed genuinely concerned about the care of my personal items.

we ended going with three movers and a mobile mini unit to store our stuff in until we got through our closing hang-ups on the new house. Although the mobile min had a flat and was late for delivery, the movers busied themselves and didn't wait to ready everything for placing in the storage unit. I cant believe we got everything thing moved in, but it was like watching somebody who was a genius at Tetris and everything was moved with room to spare. This company is fantastic, Casey, the owner, is responsive and got back to me within minutes every time I called. The crew is fast, talented and do not complain even when faced hauling 200 pounds of potted plants down a flight of stairs in 100 degree heat.

We called this moving company along with several others to get an estimate and find out how we could move all our belongings from one severely PACKED town home to a larger home on a hot summer day. We chose this company from all the others because the owner sounded like he really knew the moving business and cared about the way his business was handled. We were very, very pleased with the way the movers handled our furniture and all our belongings. They were at our town home right on time and just went swiftly to work. Every one of those guys did an excellent job and they did the job on Mother's Day! They took extreme care with all they handled and did it in record time in our opinions. The job actually cost less than what they quoted us and we were so pleased. Whenever I hear of anyone who needs to move to a new residence, I always recommend this company, just from the one experience we had with them. I can't say enough good things about the great customer service this company takes pride in. Kudos to the owner who prides himself on training each and every man on his team in the way he wants his company to be run!

This is the second time I have used Topline Movers and my experience was just as good as the first time if not even better the second move. Communication was excellent.
