Topline Movers

They were great! The furniture was all handled very carefully and the work was done within the estimated time. We had 3 movers and they were great guys! Very friendly and obviously enjoying themselves. Lots of laughter and teasing amongst themselves.... not in an uncomfortable, inside joke, kind of way, but in an open sharing, having a good time kind of way. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who should ask.

They were awesome! They came on a Sunday and packed up my entire house. I was so impressed. I didn't have to move anything. We even gave them a tip they were so good.

I originally contacted the company via e-mail and they promptly responded next morning, I scheduled an appointment with them originally for Sunday the 20th but my home did not close in time, they were very understanding and said to let them know as soon as I close to have services done and they would be happy to do them. I closed a few days later and contacted them and they were able to come out on Friday even though I had to work that day they were more than willing to work with my Mom to facilitate the move and they were very efficient and courteous and had the move completed within one hour with no damage to any furniture. Overall I am very happy with this company and will use them for my future moves.

When I first called and talked to Sheryl she was very helpful and friendly and she gave me some helpful info about renting the Uhaul Truck. She explained their rates and process and we set up an appointment. We arrived earlier than planned with the truck. I called and Casey moved the appointment to an earlier day for us. He and his men arrived and got right to work. They asked me where everything went and put the bedrooms' furniture together. The movers were friendly and very courteous. I would definitely use this company again.

Casey and his wife were wonderful people to deal with, Casey gave us a very honest estimate. His wife helped us with the arrangements and everything went very smoothly. We were very pleased and they made our move easy for us. We are both seniors and moving is not easy at our age.

This move was done in the most expertise, honest, and went without any issues. I paid less then the estimate, which was great. His company did everything that was needed, and more. I recommened this company 100%.

Casey was the middle bid for us when we researched movers. He was the friendliest and most professional of all the companies when he came in and did an estimate. That is why we chose him. Moving day arrived (which was right before New Years Eve, so that was great that they could accomodate us on that date) and Topline showed up right on time, even early and got to work. They were extremely professional - worked really hard - and followed up on every thing they had questions on - They went above and beyond to shuffle things around for us and do whatever we asked of them. VERY AWESOME!!! Can't say enough good things.. the guys were cheerful, helpful, and hard working. We came in below the estimate and were really really happy. A+++++

Called Cheryl on a Sunday. What a pleasure she was! Got a quote, and it came in higher, and she worked with me to get it more reasonable (I'd called several companies for quotes). I loved how strong the guys were (Cheryl had prepared me!), and how they treated the seller's, and my, homes with respect. You just can't be too careful with large bulky things. The guys came on time, got the elliptical loaded quickly, followed me home, and set it up. It couldn't have gone more smoothly!

Naturally we underestimated the amount of stuff we had which resulted in a much longer move than we estimated. (Please note, this was not the fault of Topline.) The movers took everything in stride and were as pleasant and professional at the end of the day. They even moved a piano as a last minute, end of the day item. I would highly recommend Topline Movers.

This is the second time I've used Casey and yet again he and his team exceeded expectations. No damage, no marks, efficient, timely, reasonable, polite. What more can you ask for? We are moving my office later in the month and will use his team again. Five star rating!

2 movers arrived on time and immediately viewed what was to be moved and explained the procedures. Took great care in dismantling and wrapping. Asking questions and using care with my items. The move was less than a block away and they wasted no time. They placed furniture with great care and followed any advise and/or instructions for placing items. Both movers were businesslike but pleasant and courteous. A very good experience. They completed the move in less time than anticipated and the cost was less than predicted.

Casey went above and beyond this time, and took care of my clients when they were in a moving "bind". They had a moving van full of furniture, but couldn't move into their new home yet. Casey provided a truck that they could transfer all their furniture into, so that the other moving van could go back to California. Topline will be delivering the furniture, and helping unpack after they get the keys and can move in. He even took my client home with him, and allowed her to stay at his house until her husband could pick her up. Thanks, Casey and Cheryl - you are the best!

Overall, the experience was outstanding! I just needed to move the contents of a small storage unit into a house on relatively short notice. Frankly I've had some bad experiences with less-than-scrupulous moving companies in the past and was a bit nervous. I got a quick callback from Topline with a very reasonable hourly quote, and they offered to move me the next morning early. The crew showed up early, got the truck loaded up incredibly fast, and got my things unloaded just as quickly. They couldn't have been nicer, and although they were incredibly professional they both had such great personalities that it was fun to watch. It made the stress of moving in diminish greatly. There were no hidden fees. I was charged at the rate quoted and was extremely happy with the service.

These guys are absolutely fabulous!! Casey, the owner, was on the job the whole time. His crew is very personable, yet professional. They packed and wrapped furniture the first day, then loaded, transported and unloaded at the the new home on the second day. The job was complicated because we had some items going to a storage pod and others going on the truck. They even did a separate trip to get my precious plants. I can't say enough about what a great job they did. In fact, they're coming back when the storage pod gets delivered to help us unload. I'm sure they can't wait--'cause nobody in the world has more "junk" than we do! Love 'em!!

I negotiated price via e-mail and phone and sceduled the work for two days later. As I requested, the crew met me near the pick-up location and I rode through the security gate with them. They were extremely courteous to the family at pick up and dealt with every concern. They removed a door to avoid scratching it, even though the owner said that he's moved the item into the room without removing the door. They carefully packed, loaded and cleaned up. At the delivery location, I had asked them to place the storage unit in a room where it simply would not fit. They measured and tried from several angles, but it couldn't be done. They patiently waited while my wife and I moved another piece of furniture to make room for the storage unit. Again, very courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

Topline Movers did a fantastic job! Casey and his crew showed up on time and ready to work. Casey and crew were professional and friendly. They packed everything in our home in roughly 5 hours. We provided our own moving truck and in roughly 2.5 hours in the August afternoon heat they efficiently packed the truck. Our truck driver was amazed at how well Casey and his crew packed the truck. He said it was one of the best packed trucks he had seen in quite some time. At our new home in San Diego, the 2nd driver also stated how impressed he was with the way the truck was packed. Two truck drivers that have seen plenty of truck loads in their career both commented on the great job Topline did on packing the truck. It is now 2 weeks later and essentially everything is unpacked and not a single item was broken or damaged. We strongly believe in supporting small business owners whenever we can and would recommend Topline to anyone in need of a moving company.

They moved us about 60 miles. It was a good experience. A couple of items did break, however they did reimburse us by taking it out of the price of the move. They did a good job, and I would hire them again.

Before the move they were extremely flexible in working with me because I didn't know the exact date of the move - because it depended on work still being done in the new house. They gave me a 3 day window, and I changed the actual date twice. I had packed all the boxes myself, but the furniture I left for them to wrap. When they arrived, they quickly loaded the boxes, then proceeded to securely wrap all my furniture in blankets and tape. I have some very expensive solid cherry furniture and they were very careful to protect it. The loading took about 2 hours - and I was very surprised at how quickly and efficiently they worked. They then followed me to Mesa and before unloading a thing they covered the new hardwood flooring which I had just had installed with runners so the metal cart would never touch the floor. As they unloaded the boxes, they put each one exactly where I indicated, carefully placing each box (not dragging them across the floor). They did the exact same with each piece of furniture, carefully placing each piece exactly where I said. I was amazed! It was definitely the best move I have ever had - and I've moved 6 times. Absolutely nothing was broken, nothing was scratched, and the price was extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend them. The only minor criticism is that they arrived late, and they didn't call to let me know they were running a bit behind schedule. I called to inquire as to where they were and they immediately called me back to let me know when they would arrive. They were extremely apologetic about this afterwards, and the excellent job they did moving - more than made up for this.

This company is AWESOME! Friendly, helpful from start to finish. The 3 movers were amazing; very helpful and friendly! Did several "above and beyond" project with a smile. It was a long day and they worked like champs the whole time. USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE GREAT!

Topline lived up to their name. They moved a 5 bedroom house in 6 hours in 110 degree heat. they were incredibly courteous, professional and hard working. I am thoroughly impressed and will look to use them in the future. Thanks Topline!

Easiest move ever. The guys showed up at the promised time, looked around, asked what all was going on the truck and took it from there. I didn't have to lift a finger. Nothing was scratched, dented or broken and everything they took apart they put back together at the new house. Great job guys!
