Topline Movers

There is nothing that I can think of about them that was negative at all. They were really good. Their estimate was right on, and they gave me a discount. The crew showed up and they were great. They worked fast and they knew how to take care of my stuff. They recommend to me things that I didn’t have to pack in boxes, which I thought I was going to have to pack in boxes, so they saved me money and personal time as I was doing some of the packing myself. They took great care not to damage anything.

Showed up on time. Assesed the amount of the move. Loaded everything carefully including disassembly of furniture other moving companies in the past did not. Followed me over to the other house and placed everything we asked. Even on the second floor.

The crew on moving day was fantasic.they were professional yet fun. They worked fast but took care in our items. They were also made sure to clean up the areas we were in. They did the job in exactly the time quoted...and the 10% off for angies list was also a great help! Would definitely use them again.

Contacted Topline through Angie's List. Initial response from Casey was very fast. I gave him the dates that I needed to move, Memorial Day Weekend. After a day or two, he replied that he could not do those dates and good luck with my move. Fine. So I asked what days that he had available and that I would work it out so that I could use his services. Even asked that if he was too busy, could he refer me to another decent moving company. He never got back to me. It's been over two weeks. Had to go with another company. I would have loved to have his service seeing that he has such high ratings. Unfortunately, he's too busy to even respond, let alone help me move. :(

Called and spoke to Casey who was clearly knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to provide a firm estimate and met my scheduling needs. The day of the move G and his team showed up on time and ready to go, they worked quickly and with care. The three man team was great. I would certainly recommend Topline Movers and I firmly believe you get what you pay for. I did feel like the first hour charge of $240 was a little high but gas prices were peaking at the time. The $95.00 an hour after the first hour seemed high as well but honestly G and that crew finished a couple hours earlier than expected with no sacrifice in quality or care.

The move went as well as a move can go. All three men were friendly and showed up on time. They moved very fast and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. I had pleasant conversations with all of them and they never stopped working while I was talking. One of the movers even repaired two of my bookcases without me asking. He did ask me first. It was great and it came in well under budget because they were moving so fast. It only took 3 hours. Also I had already moved all my paintings in order to save time with them having to wrap each one up to protect them. When the movers first came to my door, I mentioned that I was exhausted from packing and one of the movers told me that now I could relax and they would take care of everything. And they really did.

Called Casey, on short notice about my move. Was told I was getting the keys to my new place friday, but could schedule until I did (escrow and such). Casey was willing to make the appointment for Sunday, and understood if I needed to cancel. I didn't and made the appointment for Sunday at 9am. Told Casey that we could make earlier to accommodate the weather and his crew, since it was Sunday and Hot... Said, yes we will try for 8-830. A series of errors (Casey called and informed me he did not tell them the new earlier start time, NO A BIG DEAL). GPS also sent they the wrong way. 9:15 the team arrived. We were very prepared and had the driveway full of stuff to move. I left my wife at the house so I could head to the new place and get other things started. She said they were working good, and wrapped everything. They followed her to the house and we started the process all over again (unloading/unpacking)..... ***My wife informed me that 1 of the workers helped himself to some of the drinks I had stored in the garage**** They did not ask. When they arrived at the new house they started to unload and unpack. I did not have them put the items back together (desk, bedroom sets) since I did not know where these things were going to be placed. The team was good. There was 1 guy that really wanted to talk alot, but since I had 3 other service providers at the house and was moving, I was a bit annoyed. But, none the less we got everything moved in. The rates are competitive, and service was good, and they quality was top notch. Like I mentioned, the drink thing, was a annoyance, and I even offered to grab a few, but that was after they helped themseves.... Casey answers his phone, told me if there were any issues to call his cell phone. Good owner, and very involved. I would use again....

They got all my furniture into the apartment FASTER and CHEAPER than I ever expected. Some of my furniture pieces are very large and bulky and they got them up here without a scratch. Bottom line: faster and cheaper than expected and all of my stuff made it through in one piece. What more is there when it comes to a moving company?

I had a great experience from start to finish. I actually took notes on my iPhone so I wouldn't forget how it went - Casey explained their services in detail and gave me a quote over the phone (and in writing via email) On the phone call he explained what makes things cost more or less during the move and how I could save money by doing certain things myself (time is money during the move) Casey called the day before the move to confirm On move day four guys and the truck arrived exactly on time Each guy shook my hand and my wife's hand and introduced themself by name (this made a huge difference to both of us as we all of the sudden went from being nervous to comfortable) The guys asked us to walk them through the house to get a complete understand of what we were moving (and not moving as we still own the old house) They asked lots of questions before they started and while they were moving (this made us feel good as they never assumed anything) During the move they were constantly communicating with each other in a quiet and productive way (they would also joke with each other but in a good way, I found myself laughing along with them and having fun) They never stopped moving from start to finish, which was impressive as they moved for over five hours straight and were moving just as fast at the end. They padded and wrapped everything so well that not a single item was scratched or broken (that is impressive) They moved very large and heavy pieces of furniture in and out of the two homes and didn't scratch a single wall or door. I couldn't even find a scuff mark (that blew me away as I leave marks just bringing in groceries =) When they finished the final bill came in less than what was quoted, but mainly because I took Casey's advice on ways to make things cost less. However, his quote was accurate as if I didn't do those things it would have been the right amount. Regarding their professionalism and honesty, two things really stood out (which are two things you worry about when strangers are in your home moving your personal things) - We replaced my son's iPod Touch with an iPad a little while ago. We didn't know where the iPod was for a few months. During the move one of the guys found it under his bed on the far corner. He came out and was dusting it off as he handed it to my wife. He said "I found this under your son's bed and didn't want it to get damaged, here you go". One of the guys had a cell phone ring (on vibrate) and didn't answer the call. I was outside of the door at an angle so he couldn't see me (I wasn't hiding, I was prepping something in the backyard). So he chose not to answer it and certainly could have with no one noticing. Although I wouldn't have minded if he did answer it, I couldn't help but feel that he chose not to because he was working and being paid by the hour. That's something you don't see very often these days, someone will answer a call when you're mid-sentence. Overall I couldn't have been happier with the move. They turned something very scary (for us) into a pleasant experience.

They were punctual, professional, and efficient. They were reasonably priced compared to two other moving companies.

I only had a limited time frame to remove my items and Casey was extremely accommodating. I met his crew at the warehouse. They were early,professional and courteous. They wrapped and padded all my items, were extremely fast and efficient, and for the price and short notice, I was extremely pleased. They even impressed the warehouse workers. They had never had anyone as efficient and professional. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Casey called a few days before to confirm our move starting at 8 - 8:30, and then called day before to see if we would be interested in starting at 7 am instead, which was great for us. There were 3 gentlemen who showed up at 7 am promptly, had us take them through the house to show them what was going. We have a couple of fragile tables that we showed them and they took care of them very nicely. The guys were very nice and professional and very efficient. Nothing was broken or damaged - they were very careful about both the furniture and the walls as they were moving things. The move was finished at 10:45 am. This is the best moving experience I have ever had - thanks Topline Movers for making our move a little less stressful.

We had heard horrible stories of moves and movers from friends and our realtor. We used Angie's List to find Topline Movers, and talked with Casey, the owner, a couple of times, and read all of the reviews. Casey was very informative and up front about everything. He gave us an over the phone estimate based on what we needed moved. He qualified the estimate based on not knowing how long it would take until the packing took place. He gave me an hourly rate and a trip rate, both of which were very competitive. The crew of three, Gee, Gino and Felix arrived on time and began work immediately after meeting with us on instructions and priorities. The crew worked diligently during the entire time they removed our furnishings and basically never took any breaks. If there was anything they encountered that needed to be brought to our attention, they did so immediately. For example, there was a small chip in a glass shelf and a crack in one of the old TV cases, and they showed us prior to moving. The crew was both friendly and happy with their jobs. They packed and wrapped all items that needed to be protected, and took special care with all items. Although the move took longer than estimated, it was not due to any fault of Topline, but our not recognizing the quantity of items to move. We did have a few items that were scratched, and a mirror that was broken. We reported this to Casey and he came in a couple of days and picked up the framed mirror to have it repaired and fixed the scratches to our complete satisfaction. We had a excellent experience with Topline, and would not hesitate to use them again, or refer them to anyone else.

They are an excellent company. They were very efficient and prompt. I couldn't have asked for a better company.

They were wonderful from the time they entered the condo, to when the items were unloaded. From start to finish, it took about 3 hours in total. There were 3 men, who were the most courteous crew I have ever worked with!

Being that this was scheduled around the holidays made the experience even more ripe for catastrophies...but fear not. Topline movers came thru without one issue! The move was scheduled for 8:30am and the drivers should up at 8:15am. They quickly unloaded the packaging materials and carts and got to work meticulously dismantling the unit to prepare it for wrapping/padding. "G" was great and led the two of them to pack the unit up and strap it in the truck for the 30 minute ride to the storage unit. Once they arrived, they unloaded and packed it in the unit without issue. Overall, great experience and I plan to use them again. Even the person at the residence (I bought the entertainment center used from him) was commenting on how he was impressed with the service provided. Way to go Topline! Keep up the good work.

Topline was the third company we contacted for an estimate for our move out of our home where we had lived for 30 years. Casey impressed us more than any of the others in his descriptions of how they would handle the move and the number of people and trucks involved. They weren't the least expensive of the three companies, but their pricing was very reasonable. They arrived on time, worked diligently for the entire day, and finished unloading us in our new home 10 hours later. They carefully moved the furniture in place, put things back together, and did as much as possible to help us get settled in our new home.

Topline Movers is awesome!!! I used Topline in 2007 to move into the house I moved out of yesterday. The crew were both friendly and easy working with; in fact one crew member remembered moving me in 07. Casey, the owner of the company stayed on top of everything, was professional and upfront with all the fees. I hope I retire in this new home, but if not, I will use Topline again if I need to relocate! I highly suggest using Topline for any type of move.

Overall, it was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the G's were great workers, never slacking, and knew what they were doing. Because it was a short move (we were moving three miles away) they ended up doing two runs with the truck. I had explained to them that my husband and I would be drifting in and out because one of us had to watch the baby, who was at a friend's house. They commented on the amount of stuff we had but didn't call in additional guys. I had thought that since they were the experts and best able to estimate how long the move would take, that they would make that call. Evidently Casey thought that I was supposed to call him if I thought we needed more guys, which was a miscommunication on both our parts. The upshot was that they didn't end up finishing the move. They worked up until 7pm and my husband and I were exhausted, having been up since 6am, we had to get the baby to bed in the new house, so we just told them to stop. The G's offered to finish the move (we still had heavy gym equipment and the entire garage) but we told them no, we had to stop. Unfortunately, that meant that my husband had to take time off work the next day and I had to hire a babysitter in order to help him move the rest of the stuff out of the house since we had to be out by the end of the month. I thought the movers were great but a little rough with our stuff. They ended up breaking a plastic scrapbook storage cart and the wheel of our plastic dog food bin. I contacted Casey about these damages and he was great, he came over and fixed the wheel and reimbursed me for the broken cart. I think my only disappointment besides the unfinished move was that I didn't expect that much damage given how much I paid.

The movers were on time, very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job wrapping and moving all of the big items we had as well as hooking and unhooking things like the washer, dryer and fridge. They were also worked very efficiently I'd highly recommend them and would definitely considering using them again.

Called and talked to Sheryl. She quoted us a price and got us on the schedule for the next week. Phoenix and two others came on time in their truck and had us completely moved in about 5 hours. For the first time in our lives NOTHING was damaged. Having three guys on the crew really saved us money as one can prep and the others can be loading. There was no complaining and they were very accomidating. They were fast, friendly, experienced, efficient and jovial. Really took the stress out of the move. Would absolutely recommend. They even provided waredrobe boxes to move the closets if you wanted. This saves a lot of money over perchasing these to use once.

We called three weeks before the move. Casey came in to quote us and we kept in touch especially when I had questions about packing. He came to pick up the furniture/boxes, with two others who helped him and the next day he was in LA unloading the furniture with the help of another moving company.

They are so awesome. They were absolutely the best. These guys were amazing. I would give them higher than an A if it were available. They combined a one-bedroom condo and a three-bedroom house all into a four-bedroom house with a den, all in one day. It was a move that came upon me very quickly and I had very little time to pack so they packed and moved it for me. They also moved an above ground spa and they did it all in one day. They worked like Trojans the entire time. They were laughing and joking. They were friendly the entire time. They hardly took breaks. They were working into the night. It was after dark when they got done. They wheeled the Jacuzzi in the dark. I have already recommended them. I found that a caster had gone missing from one of my patio chairs and they couldn't find it on the truck. The owner of the company came out to my house and looked at the wheel and went to a big box store and couldn't find it. He then went to a store that specializes in casters that was a 100 miles from Jesus and brought it to my house and installed it when I wasn't there because he felt so bad that somehow they had lost it. It was not a very high-end set of patio furniture. It was amazing. I was thrilled.

I called Topline Movers to get a bid on my job, the price was reasonable and flexible depending on how much time they spent on it. I had to change the dates a couple of times and they were always understanding and accommodating. They told me that the first day they might be late (I had changed the date on them) and because they were later than they thought, they used 3 men, not 2 and only charged me for the 2. All of the workers were polite, careful and professional. I was very pleased with this company and the owners, Casey and Cheryl.

They were very helpful. I had a medical issue that came and they were very helpful in rescheduling it on a Saturday. They were very nice and friendly guys. I would use them in the future.
