From start to finish (or when we decided to walk away project unfinished) there was nothing but mistake after mistake. #1 We were told our floor would be completed by the time we returned from our 1 week vacation. We returned to unfinished floors and unlivable conditions. We had to stay in a local hotel for 5 days before we could actually stay in our own home. #2 We discovered they laid the tile over our existing linoleum instead of removing it like they said they would. We had to have them rip out what was already laid in order to remove the linoleum and relay the tile adding additional time to the job. #3 We ordered higher quality carpet with a lifetime warranty. They installed cheaper carpet with a limited 10 year warranty. No apologies when we talked them about it. No offer to remove it and install the correct carpet. #4 The tile installation is horrible. We have to hire another company to fix and finish the job. We would file a ROC complaint but we don't want to have to give them the opportunity to 'attempt' to fix it. We wouldn't want more of the same poor workmanship. #5 Lies, lies, and more lies. Any explanation of problems was only a laundry list of lies. #6 They do not usually answer the phone and NEVER return phone calls. #7 They left my house and yard a mess throughout the whole process. No regard to the fact this was someone's home.

I will give them that the owner is a great salesman. However he does not know how to schedule and communicate with the clients. In fact there was no communication, they do not return calls, and when I finally had the owner show up to show him what still needed to be completed, they scheduled to finish up his "finishing touches", it still didnt get completed. They said the job would be done in one week, over my spring break, it has been over 6 weeks and still isnt done. I found out that they advertise they are licensed and bonded and insured only to find out the license was revoked, for some of the reasons I also have issues with. The work they did, has not been up to the quality it should be. I had baseboards replaced, and they have caulking all over them, that they too need to be replaced. The flooring is not even, and some of it doesnt have adhesive under them. So there are a lot of issues about the flooring. The product itself is wonderful I just wish the installation matched it.

I have had promises of the job that they didn't perform. Time frame passed without work being completed. Repairs they did, look like a 2 year old did them. No communication through the job, poor workmanship, problems throughout and they just don't seem to care. Run, do not hire these people. They advertices they are licensed, bonded and insured but in reality, their license was revoked.

.Taking out the wood floor which was glued down was hard work but they did it with very little dust. Laid down the new tile and did a great job. Came up short two tile so we had to wait one day for the tile to arrive after the the rest had been laid. Professional job all the way. Holly was a great help in deciding what tile and grout to use. Came to the house with sample we picked so we could see how it matched the cabinets in the kitchen. Price was the best of several that we checked with . Very satisfied with THT Vinyl Concepts all the way around.
