 + -1 moreJames returned my call in a very timely fashion, he came to our house saw what we needed , advised us on what he could do.He was very professional, courteous, honest. Within a short time he called again and stated he had our window coverings and wanted to install them. He was very quick in doing the installation, cleaned up his materials and carted our old shades away. I was impressed with his ability to make a great install in such a short time. His pricing was extremely reasonable and I would highly recommend his company. We are very satisfied.

 + -1 moreI purchased blinds for the entire house from James about 15 years ago. The have held up perfectly. One of them had a mechanism finally break and the string had broken and been tied together. James came out and fixed the blinds good as new for almost nothing. ames is amazing. I have recommended him to so many people over the years and everyone of them have raved about his service. He is always nice, professional, prompt, attentive to your needs and just an awesome person to deal with. His wife answer the phones and is always just as nice. What a team! You can't go wrong with The Covered Window. Don't use anyone else!!!!

 + -1 moreJames came out and took measurements of the windows and prepared an estimate for us. The pricing was very reasonable and we really like him so we decided to go with his company. The blinds came in promptly and he personally installed them in our new home. The service was awesome! James is a super nice guy and does excellent work. I would definitely use him again and I will also be referring him to everyone that I know!
Description of Work: Installed new blinds throughout our entire new home. Took measurements while the home was still under construction and the blinds were installed the day after we closed. Every blind fit beautifully and look amazing!
