SUNDANCE ROOFING

Roof had leaks where there were none before their re-roof job. They attempted a goop fix; didn't work...they stopped returning my calls.

We don't get much rain out hear in desert, so i didn;t know till too late roof leaked in a spot that had no problems before Sundance worked on it. Eve over side of garaged leaked. At first I thought wind blew rain over so side of garage got wet. After a few years I craned my neck under and noticed wood sheet overhang was moldy. I could put my finger thue it. I called Sundance and they said they saw the problem and put some "goop" on the roof. A year later when it rained again it leaked again. By this time my 6 years on labor warrenty was past. After several calls to Sundance roofing they finally came out. I told them I knew my warrenty was over but I called the first time before it was. Could we work a deal they provide labor and we half cost of materials? I was told I would get something in the mail; I never did. I fixed it myself and gave up on them. It took 6 phone calls to get them out here just to look. I will never use them again. A added note:When I called another roofer, they said the type of metal trim Sundance roofing sold me and installed was an extra expense that could trap water and they would not recommend it. This other company saw it as a "gouging" method.
