Service tech was very helpful about the condition of my AC unit.

Went well and they finished quickly.. no nonsense!

Very well. Sun Devil perform several test and determined I was low in freon. He added more freon and cleaned the coils. Additionally, he pointed out that my ceiling fans were running in reverse, blowing air upward toward the ceiling, not downward.

He was nice, but lost all my faith and trust after the huge price markup. I know these guys make their money on sales but don't get too greedy. Especially when your company is advertising the same unit on Craigslist for 1k less.

The price for Freon was more then I expected but the job they did was good. It was a very good deal, a great deal. I just did not expect to pay $90 a pound for Freon.

The guy who came out was on time and very knowledgeable about the units. He offered to replace my air filters but I just did mine a month or two ago. He cleaned the condensing coils, checked the power to and from the capacitors and checked the freon levels in both units.

In the details of the coupon, refrigerant was to be included. However, after the tech from Sun Devil Heating & Cooling did the tune up, I wasn't made aware that the freon was to cost me an additional $180.00. When I asked why there was an additional $180, I was told that the coupon was for a special freon, not the kind my a/c unit used. I wasn't pleased to have an extra $162.64 payout on a $39 tune up.

One optional repair that was done at the recommendation of the service technician, Dan, who was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with.

Bought our unit a YEAR ago from Sun Devil, but didn't want to mislead anyone by a false review TOO early. It's been JUST over a year now! Contacted Jason for a quote and received one quickly and at a fair price. Jason even helped us set up financing. Went ahead and had the work done and the service was EXCEPTIONAL. We have NEVER had such courteous and prompt customer service from an A/C service company in the past. A YEAR later and everything is still working as new and would HIGHLY recommend this company to ANYONE that is looking for a good deal with GREAT customer service. Jason was ALWAYS available when we needed to contact him and the service crew was fast, knowledgeable and reliable. You CAN'T go wrong with these people.

I mainly ordered this for the coil cleaning, I knew mine were very dirty and dirty coils extremely limits your AC functionality and adds cost to your electricity bill. Average price for coil cleaning was ~$100. For a few dollars more this deal added benefits, diagnostic check and freon. They showed up early, was professional, very knowledgeable and honest. Took before and after pictures of coils. Performed a quality job cleaning. I had a problem I wanted an expert opinion on, he provided honest and expert solution and he did not try to push sell me on anything and I really appreciate that. My only critic would be he did not provide documentation on his diagnostic check as far as details of pressures, resistances, etc. This is important to me as I know they checked everything and documentation is proof if something would go wrong. Even with this said I would still recommend and use them again as honesty and integrity are hard to find in businesses these days.

Only took 13 minutes which was a little concerning, but I trust they did a thorough inspection

Examined the unit, charged with refrigerant. He also went the extra mile... There was pvc pipe coming out of the AC unit and pointing at a tree, so that any condensation would water the tree. The pipe was laid strangely, with an 'elbow' hanging off the roof in a different area than the end of the pipe. He took a few extra minutes to cut a piece out of the pipe to make the 'elbow' not hang over the roof line where it shouldn't. It looks considerably better now.

My initial impression was that the Technician was very professional and explained what his estimate was for after his inspection. The estimate was for 900.00 which included replacing the motor. i have a client that works for an electrical motor shop, and she indicated the price seemed excessive. i then called my Home Warranty company to come out for a service call and in their opinion, the work was not needed and replace a Defrost board and in their opinion, the other work was not needed. i then wrote a quick review indicating Sun Devil was very professional and that i recommend people always get a second opinion on expensive repairs. i received a call from Gerardo the CEO from Sun Devil. Wow, talk about great customer service. He was very concerned that something may have been overlooked and requested a meeting at my house to go over the details. i was very busy at work at the that time and asked him to call to schedule an appointment. due to my work load, we were not able to do this for a while, but Gerardo politely called to remind me he wanted to meet. We finally met up - he brought the original Tech and the General Manager, Jason. All of the guys were genuinely concerned and went way out of their way to go over their estimate again in further detail. Gerardo also returned the 39.00 fee and would not accept it back. I ended up not using Sun Devil due to the Home Warranty replacing a part they thought was the only repair required. I cannot say how appreciative i was that the Sun Devil crew went out of their way to follow up with me and to take the time to come to my house. This is how true professionals react to a situation - i felt better after the meeting and would use them again if needed. Great lesson to all business owners on Customer Service and how to treat customers. Thanks Guys!

Kevin told us both units were in need of repair/replacement. His estimated cost for these repairs was $6026 plus tax. We subsequently had another contractor evaluate our units and were told they were both fine.

Everything was okay. It wasn't one that I had strong feelings for. He gave me a list of recommendations for services that we could have done. He listed it in order of vitality and what would he do if it was his house now and what would he delay in the future as well as what's something we can think about. Everything was fine. The quality was just fine. It was a good deal to allow us to get an inventory of what we want to have done to our system. They were definitely prompt.

tech was nice. I HIGHLY recommend getting a second opinion. I have another company come out and I showed them the estimate from Sun Devil - the other company said none of the items needed to be replaced (the items Sun Devil said were bad). SD told me the motor was bad - 650.00 to replace. I called a local shop and their price was about 1/5th of what SD quoted. SD quoted almost 900.00 of repairs that were deemed not needed by the second shop. not a big fan!

Service provider inspected the heater for winter service and said things looked good overall. But he recommended several maintenance repairs that would cost a few hundred dollars as well. I declined, wanting to have that opinion confirmed by others before investing more than the Angie's Deal amount to have the heater checked for winter readiness.

It went very well for repairs, not sure about the overflow drain clear.

It was okay. I would give it a 4 out of 5. They found something wrong. I feel they were a little high on the charge. I found out later that it was high. They charged me three times the amount. They were prompt to respond. They fit me in with my emergency the very same day.

Everything was just fine. I don't remember but there were some people that really impressed me and really took extra time. I really remember those people. The pricing was fine. The quality was fine. Everybody was there.

It went well. They did come out within a couple of days as well. They did the service and because we didn't have them do the work either we just broke even. We had three or four companies come out and all three or four had something that meant the unit needed replaced.

The technician recommended replacement of the capacitor for $248.- minus 15% discount. I struggled with my acceptance but ended writing the check for $210.80 Later, I figured out from the earlier reviews that on 07/14/15 the price paid for capacitor was $ 177.- and on 08/05/15 was $ 120.- It keeps me wonder.
