"Thank you for posting a review of the services performed at your daughter's home. I have looked into this as I was very concerned by the rating you left. It appears there was a breakdown in communication between our dispatch and your daughter to schedule this appointment. It appears we made several attempts to confirm her appointment and we don't dispatch our technicians until the appointment is confirmed to ensure that someone is home. I have also looked into the price charged for the refrigerant used to charge your daughter's A/C and heating system to manufacturer specifications. We failed to provide you and your daughter with a clear understanding of the competitive pricing we have established. While some other companies may charge less, they often do less. We did the following; we completed a 35 point inspection of your system (most stop at 20), we assessed that your daughter's A/C was around 3 pounds low of refrigerant, we added 3 pounds as assessed, we balanced, calibrated, cleaned, the system and inspected for any visible leaks. We recommended a UV Dye additive to find the leak (did not push you to do this) and we did all this for $162.64 which took about 2 hours to complete. I hope this helps you see more clearly that we are not like our competitors that take advantage of situations and bait & switch costing opportunities. We work very hard to provide transparency and honest hard work for our fees. I do hope you'll use us again. Jason with Sun Devil."

incorrect with my assumptions. Sun Devil was the first to point out that I actually had a 2.5 ton system and a 3 ton system, saving me quite a bit of money! They made sure I actually knew exactly what I had. Thank you for that!
After a few months of researching, I found Sun Devil?s pricing to be very reasonable. During their initial visit, they were very thorough and did an excellent job of reviewing not only what I had, but what I actually needed. They then laid everything out based on what they felt I needed now and what I could wait on. They were very accommodating with working around my
budget. They also took the time to address all my questions and concerns and made sure I understood what was going on. When Jason and Kevin left, I felt very comfortable with them and was anxious to move forward.
During the installation, Jason was on top of everything. We initially had a few minor issues, but he was on top of it and had things quickly resolved. I was impressed with how well he handled everything. They were also very neat??They put mats down in the areas they worked and cleaned up after themselves. This was a messy job and I was impressed by how they left
things when they left. Jason followed up a few days after the installation was complete and made sure everything was working correctly and that I was still satisfied. He also sat down with me and gave me an opportunity make suggestions on
anything him or his company could better. I felt he truly cared about how I felt about Sun Devil and the work they did. This was not a show up and do the work as fast as you can and take your money job. Jason took a vested interest in the project and my overall satisfaction.
Overall, Sun Devil did an excellent job with everything I needed them to do and I have no doubt everything has been done right. Jason, Kevin and team were always prompt, polite an great to work with. I?m very confident I made the right choice with Sun Devil and have finally found an AC company I enjoy doing business with! :-)
