Description of Work: Heat pump check up was performed. Oscar came out same day I contacted them for an appointment. The inspection/tune up was completed quickly. The price was EXCELLENT. I will call them again.

Description of Work: Had two services ordered and performed. The one at my house went fine. The service at my Mother's house found that the A/C needed to be replaced. I was told that I would receive a refund for the $39 service fee that I paid for her house because we had them replace the A/C for $3700. I have never received my refund for the $39. That is the only reason why I wouldn't give Sun Devil Heating and Cooling an excellent review.

Description of Work: did not fix problem 1st time then was called back, told us that the thermostat was burnt out, changed it and charged $110. Still not working properly, call them again and the guy (Oscer) said it needed a new pan at a cost of $700. We called in another company who said the drain needed cleaning and remove some brown stuff oof the pan which he charged $90. So I spent $220 with sun devil and all they were doing was setting up for a $700 hit. These people can't be trusted. I would not recommend anybody to call them. |Matt Sheridan
