+ -1 moreI was told the AC techs would be to my house at 9 AM and call first, which didn't .They did show up as promised at 9 but looked at the unit and said they'd be back in 45 minutes. Over 2 hours and they hadn't come back so we called to cancel their service and no one answers. We leave a message and within a half an hour they just show up. There were two men that showed up after the 2 hours and one seems to do all of the work and the other puts cards on my neighbors doors, smokes (not picking up his butts) and sprays water out of my out door water hose on to my rocks. Than I look out my window and see the younger guy standing on my lawn mower attachment , rocking back and fourth. When he asks to enter the house he didn't take off his shoes, nor does he cover them. In total it takes over 7 hours to install a new AC unit. The techs first arrived at 9 am and after 7 hours had to call another tech out to fishing their job. I would have given them a D rating if it hadn't been for the last tech (Ryan) showing up and finishing what the other two started and apologizing for the behavior of the young tech. If you do happen to use this comapny ask for Ryan because he seemed to have great cutomer service and know how to do his job. I will not use this service again.

Arrived withing 30 minutes of promised time which is very good as we live far out of Phoenix. Estimate and actual price were right on the money. Finished the job same day. Very neat and professional staff. They get a 10 out of 10.
