Thank you for posting a review of the services performed at your daughter's home. I have looked into this as I was very concerned by the rating you left. It appears there was a breakdown in communication between our dispatch and your daughter to schedule this appointment. It appears we made several attempts to confirm her appointment and we don't dispatch our technicians until the appointment is confirmed to ensure that someone is home. I have also looked into the price charged for the refrigerant used to charge your daughter's A/C and heating system to manufacturer specifications. We failed to provide you and your daughter with a clear understanding of the competitive pricing we have established. While some other companies may charge less, they often do less. We did the following; we completed a 35 point inspection of your system (most stop at 20), we assessed that your daughter's A/C was around 3 pounds low of refrigerant, we added 3 pounds as assessed, we balanced, calibrated, cleaned, the system and inspected for any visible leaks. We recommended a UV Dye additive to find the leak (did not push you to do this) and we did all this for $162.64 which took about 2 hours to complete. I hope this helps you see more clearly that we are not like our competitors that take advantage of situations and bait & switch costing opportunities.
